Jimmy shouldn't have one, Klay shouldn't have one, Jones shouldn't have one, and Young and Monroe shouldn't even be close to having one. Its disrespectful and makes no sense when those guys are in the same tier as guys like Magic, Jordan, Pippen, Thomas, Shaq, and so on.

I dont think we should discriminate just because they are early in their career. Magic, jordan etc are legends of the game but players like Klay and Jimmy are certainly making steady improvements and are some of the better players this season and I believe warrant star cards for this season.

I dont necessarily want to say that because klay has a star and jordan has a star that klay is as good or will be as good as jordan but that klay is one of the better performing players of this season and deserves it in that reguard.

on the other hand players like young and monroe dont deserve it as all and we all know CD has made a mess of the tiers anyway so anything can make sense in this system.

I agree with all the players except Jones not deserving a Star card. Might be favoritism because he was one of my favorite players growing up, but he was a 3x all star, a very important piece to those 90s squads, and led the league in steals one year. If we're basing it on being a HOF, or will be, to be in that tier, then I agree. It's completely out of whack and a handful of other names shouldn't be considered but he was a multi year all star and is deserving. But if I'm being honest Nick Van Exel would've been a better choice since he was the Lakers in the 90s until Shaq came.

Butler was also a player of the month for November, so he is one of the better players this season.

Nick Young has done nothing worth mentioning, this Star selection is the stupidest thing ever.
