If you wanna use the cards for playing, then of course you should Pro them properly. But if you just want to use them as training fodder you should either max the 2 cards and use them separately or combine them at zero level and then max the Pro to be used as training fodder.

No I meant that if you have a level zero pro and then put 100 xp into it and then use that pro as training fodder then you would receive the base exp of the pro and 100 exp * 0.8 or some number less than 1. In which case it's more efficient to never train trainig fodder at all unless you need to get rid of the cards for space.

LOL. Is that why all the other RCs featured players from different eras but suddenly you needed to feature current players only for this one?

We have only used current players in the Star tier for RC.

Yes, thats the ideal thing. But i guess we 're talking situations where you dont have high tier cards and are stocked with uncommons, rares and super rares.

The reasoning for it was pretty obvious, but picking terrible current players "just because" doesn't make it better. The one good thing is that Nick Young's card is pretty terrible. He's got high offense, but so does everyone else, outside of that the rest of his stats are bad.

I understand the logic behind your choice of Nick Young. But (and i ask respecting the fact you come here and answer us fans) isnt it a little ridiculous that Swaggy P's Offense is 8 points higher than Star Jordan's??? I mean, that doesnt make no sense at all.

(not that we're ever gonna get a Star Jordan, with the insane number of games required, but i am just asking)

I think we all understood the reason Nick Young and Greg Monroe were chosen was because they are current players on the team, and apparently it is a rule at CD that the star card of an RC be a current player. But we also expected that there is a rule that higher level cards are actually better players, so it's the conflict between those two priorities that is at issue. I think all the forum posters just expected the better player rule was more important than the current player rule. It's not like anyone is going to look back and complain that Star Tier is full of historic players.
