I actually agree. There's no reason why they can't split a card. There's also no reason why requests take weeks to process, especially the requests that stem from their mistake. I can't believe that it took this long for them to give credits for AH issues.It is being now said by me that this is still BS. They can track that I never obtained a Pro version on AH, as all our transactions are recorded, hence this is just a way to reduce the work they are willing to perform. It's poor customer service. There is no "second" confirmation screen. The first confirmation screen alone (particularly on a portion of the program that requires continuous tapping) does not exempt them from responsibility to their customers.
I'm probably just in a bad mood, but that is still just poor business practice. Their response time, resolution and communication is unacceptable.Comment

I agree. I lost ~300 credits to the boost glitch, and they said they couldn't refund it. So not only do they not fix the bug which causes players to lose currency, they also refuse to compensate the players for the credits they lost.I'm really frustrated with the customer support for this application. For a viable business product, their service is horrendous. Have others had their players split on here when they were accidentally combined? Here is their response:

It's your mistake so they shouldn't do anything about it. Now maybe they can sell you insurance at $1.99 per month in case this happens again and you will be protected from excessive tappingIt is being now said by me that this is still BS. I remember someone accidentally combine a star magic they sent feedback and the response was they couldn't separate it but they did offer him a single magic back. So he just decided to keep the fail proI'm really frustrated with the customer support for this application. For a viable business product, their service is horrendous. Bull****. Why should they be responsible for fixing user error at all? Glitches are understandable, but what kind of idiotic disposition is it to get mad at someone because they wont fix your mistake? Be disappointed and file it in the category of "it would be nice," but to think they should fix it is completely asinine.Comment

I don't have too much sympathy for incorrect pros since that's pretty easy to avoid, but I do feel like the UI makes it far too easy to train away higher tier cards. After you hit UR you're going to always be training away rares so the warning means nothing. It's also quite irritating to have to through the training process at least three times every time you fill up your inventory to get rid of common/uncommon/rare.Comment

I fully support this. The prompt should have the highest tier that you are "attempting" to train away be on the warning screen in order to improve the UI.Comment

When I first started I accidentally pro'd my Epic Paul Pierce incorrectly and sent feedback. They told me specifically that they couldn't un-pro cards so I took it as lesson learned.
All I ask is for them to add a "locking" feature since they have something already for cards in seasons and QG.

I would also like to be able to "lock" or protect cards. I trained away a fully trained Ibaka leg the other week because I was zoning out playing in bed at like 2 am and it just happened.When I first started I accidentally pro'd my Epic Paul Pierce incorrectly and sent feedback. I wasn't all that pissed off about it -- it's my own stupid fault. But a failsafe to protect cards from being trained or combined or enhanced would be a feature I could definitely get behind.Comment

I have a question... If I start a season in one tier, but then move up a tier in the middle of it, does it change my rewards or do I have to wait for the next season for it to take effect?Comment

Nope you would have to wait for next season for it take full effect. You would still get the rewards of the tier you started your season inMyNBA2K
