I agree with this , it's pretty easy to avoid, just filter on rarity when training/combining and just watch the screen , and there is a warning message when combining wrongly .Bull****. Why should they be responsible for fixing user error at all? Glitches are understandable, but what kind of idiotic disposition is it to get mad at someone because they wont fix your mistake? Be disappointed and file it in the category of "it would be nice," but to think they should fix it is completely asinine.
If you make misstakes just live with it.

The AH issue wasn't the user's fault. CD had a bug that affected the user and sold their card for like 200 credits. Having to wait this long for a resolution is pathetic. Accidentally merging cards is the user's fault, but so is training cards and they fix that.Bull****. Why should they be responsible for fixing user error at all?
