WWE is a completely different sale set-up though as they don't have all the other packs (i.e. HoF, All-Star, PNP, Throwback etc). I wouldn't be surprised if there is a Star pack with a chance at a Playoff somewhere between the cost of Legend and HoF. Depends on the stats of the Playoff cards.

Anyone play the WWE game? When they released the new tier, did they lower the price of the star-equivalent tier or just add in the new tier at an even higher price?

Every card pack was on sale last week because of Wrestlemania week...although you could only purchase one of each pack a day at that discounted rate. To be honest, it really only benefited beginning players.

Legend Pack includes chance at Legend, Survivor (Star) & Wrestlemania (Playoff?) for 3,200 on sale atm. I think it is about 4,000 normally.

Thanks. I'm just trying to figure out if star prices will drop or if playoff tier will just be more expensive. I'd say they can't be more expensive, but every time I say that, they come out with an even more expensive pack. Hopefully they'll at least drop the minimums and BINs in AH for Legendary and Star.

I hope I`m wrong but if Playoff cards are better then HoF cards then I think they will be more expensive, why would you waste 10k credits on a HoF card when you can spend less on a better card? CatDaddy loves new ways of getting people to spend ridiculous amounts of money

True, but in their defense people actually pay it! If people are paying it, even though they know it's not a long-term asset, then they will never change their structure. The only way they change is if it affects their bottom line.

True, but in their defense people actually pay it! If people are paying it, even though they know it's not a long-term asset, then they will never change their structure. The only way they change is if it affects their bottom line.

Yeah you're right. Cant really blame them if people continue to buy them.

I could be wrong, but I think last year when playoff tier rolled out, they made legendary cheaper and playoff became as expensive as legendary was. I think $50 is outrageous for a virtual card to begin with. I hope they don't try to go any higher.

I thought the 6500 credit MVP pack was an outrageous price. Then the 10000 HoF pack came out! Now I don't know what to expect!

P.S. I have purchased an MVP pack so I am not exempt from buying at outrageous prices

The most annoying thing about RTTC is the wwe equivalent gives you a chance of pro'ing the final card where as we have to either buy a HoF pack with a 1 in 60 chance not to mention the ridiculous 10k price tag or spend 20000 credits and hot streak basically the whole rc to finish top 25.

so only 20000 credits and lots of grinding was needed to finish in top 25 last RC?

I bought one when they went on sale, but I have no reason to buy any more unless I plan to buy a bunch. A single one won't make my lineup, so why bother dropping that much on one card that you'll never use unless you dup? If there was no playoff tier coming out, I'd start investing in MVP cards, but they just seem like a waste right now.
