Maybe he means in terms of winning the championship. Close but yet so far. 2 teams that made multiple finals or conference final appearances but have never won a title.

If this were the case, I could see the Jazz involved.

Jazz and Bulls from 90's. Reward Card the other MVP Jordan to go with the ladder rewards.

Yeah, he said it has a retro feel to it a few days ago, and the hints seems to mean the two teams came close to the championship, and by far, I'm guessing completely different divisions.

So now that I think about it, its definitely not OKC again lol.

Why the Bulls won 6 rings in the 90's? They weren't never close but far away. The 90's Jazz works because they never won a championship. That's like saying 90's Bulls vs. 60's Celtics. Easily the 2 greatest dynasties in basketball. Imagine if Jordan wasn't "suspended" for a year and didn't retire early.

Also 90's Bulls v. 60's Celtics would be a great RC. With Bill Russell and Pippen as the RC Cards to actually have a balanced RC.

I really hope so cause I love Stockton but I doubt they would make him the star because of their self-imposed rule that they made. That's even if those teams are involved.

I would definitely be down for a RC Steve Nash but who would be the current Star? Not saying the have to deserve it ala Nick Young but with no Dragic, I can't see a stand out.
