Will there at least be different rewards or the exact same? RC card I can understand, but its kind of a slap in the face to the people that already have a Star pro Wade or Ellis or Legendary Pro Lebron, especially if they spent credits to buy them off AH.

I don't think I've ever seen a community gripe about a company more but keep going back.... If you don't like it then bounce. I'm not saying everything they do is perfect but what does bashing a company do for you? Calling them lazy when they are working on a new tier/update is by definition NOT lazy... goodness people.

If everyone left and took their wallets with them I don't think there would be a game..

You guys are too much. They're working to get the next big update out, and giving a 2nd chance for the 2 most popular losing RC teams. I have seen at least a dozen posts of people asking whether they might have a chance to get the losing side RC cards ... and now the chance is here and ... people pile on and hurl insults.

Thanks and to everyone talking about me being "excited," it was me being sarcastic. I know I won't be able to get a star or probably even a legend but I am definitely going for that Epic. In Ultra Rare + right now and for some reason they always have the events I can do while I have school (if it does start on Thursday like you said).

For the new RC, I don't have none of them and I'm not in Star either. I do kind of think it was a "lazy" move but at least they are working on Playoff tier for all of you. Hopefully, I can reach Epic and then Legendary but don't ever expect making it to Playoff tier. Only reason I'm playing so much now is to get used to it for next game and to get a good loyalty reward.

We keep coming back because we like the game. Doesn't mean we have to like everything about the company. Guess what? If we didn't complain or provide feedback, CD wouldn't know what changes needed to be made. Customer communication can be very helpful, whether it be positive, or negative.

Maybe a better word would be unimaginative. They have a monopoly as far as NBA basketball card games go, so there is nowhere else to go, and no competition to drive them towards response and innovation.

If there is only one provider of something you really want, you have every right to purchase from them (for those who have paid money), but you also have every right to complain, because you paid and there is no other option for what you want.

I love the game and yes there are things that can be fixed but complaining is not a positive or good form of customer communication. Present arguments like mature and adult paying customers and your arguments are more likely to be heard. I agree that telling them what we like and don't like makes things better but saying you're lazy, the rewards suck, and you don't give enough free things is not the path to that.

Getting the epic doesn't take much effort at all imo. You can even get to the legend really easy too. It's when you start shooting for top 1000 or above that gets tough. I'm hoping a bunch of ppl decide to sit this one out so I have a chance to crack top 1000 finally.
