I taught my gf to play. At first she didnt like it, but i turned it into a "contest". I told her "i bet you cant pick more purple-orange-gold cards than i can, in 30 minutes".

But the sad truth is she plays like a bot . She likes the card picking part, she hates the actual QG. So i told her to tap the cards in the same order every game (5,3,1,2,4). When i play i can adjust my playing if i lose the 2nd quarter, but she doesnt and so she loses quite often...

So now we know the story of your big come back Apos! If you can't beat her, make her join you

P.S. I got my gf going on RttC a few weeks back, and she said playing the game gives her motion sickness... weak excuse

I was trying to explain to my gf yesterday why I kept going in and out of AH to find a 3 slot Kobe. Needless to say, that conversation went completely over her head...and then when trying to explain the game, she just gave me the deer in headlights look smh.

She said now that I have my "favorite" player Frobe, I can retire from the game...LOL.

It's like I said when I first joined the forums ... I enjoy my hobbies. I spend a great deal of my life researching to publish in journals or in the case of this summer researching for a textbook I'm authoring, or else during semesters preparing lectures and examinations and grading.

Oh wait your'e actually a college professor?! I just thought you loved to type lol

I wish I could find a professor at my school who played this game lol

I suppose after I drafted 2 non-freebie resets in 110 boards I'm not allowed to complain about this after 380 boards.

What're the top 3 regular PO PFs?

Davis (1st DEF), Duncan (2nd REB), Griffin. Though i think Aldridge is better than Griffin coz he has a huge OFF while Griffin doesnt have a single "stand-out" stat.

got mine to play one rttc for me as well. It was the very first and i had to loose my way to the last card. So it wasn't hard for her. I just told her :"tapp the cards away from left to right you will lose anyways"

That's EXACTLY what she said. And then when trying to explain about the different tiers in a game...I pretty much gave up after that LOL.

But then, I explained how credits work, and how 15k credits cost $100, she thought I was talking about $100 in game currency. I had to explain to her a second time that it was $100 in REAL money...to which she then proceeded to say..."You better have spend/spent that money on us/our eating adventures." Of course, I have only spent $20 on this game, so no harm no foul I guess. =D

I think we found the truth behind the bots in seasons or QGs... They're all teams secretly controlled by our wives/girlfriends!

CP3, Curry, Lillard (though i prefer Wall over Lillard). But Lowry has the highest PM.
