The key difference would be that Bots behave like Bots and humans behave like humans.


The bots will rotate, sub and play however they are programmed to and eventually it will become repetitive. Humans are sneaky and will find a way to surprise you (big recharge at game 3 when you might have stopped looking, late season subs, tanking to a different spot in the standings etc etc).


I remember the first time I played Call of Duty live after I'd practiced against bots and a guy went behind cover and I immediately looked for him to pop out the other side, he popped out the same side he went in and blew me away, literally and figuratively. That's the difference.


Also humans sleep, except seemingly in Rivals time.

Lmao, I remember, but I find nothing wrong with the matchmaking system. NWGD already posted that you shouldn't be waiting 5hours plus for the season to start, so there are bugs of course. What I find stupid is the decrease in chances of ever obtaining an epic pro. Even buying your way to an epic pro difficult; Season rewards suck; what left do we have to play for? Sure theres rivals, but it only comes every other week. and when it does, you have to commit 5 days straight, with rarely any sleep.

For the record...

In the last Rivals, I had a busy week, family in town, and didn't much care as soon as I saw Houston would lose because I already have 3 Legend centers and don't have the time to ever win a Rivals (unless Stockton is ever made, in which case the wife may leave me after those 5 days lol).

After the first 2 days, I had 200 points total. I finished with only about 2500 points, playing maybe 5-6 hrs total over the 5 days, and still got Epic Duncan. With another 2 hours of grinding I could have gotten the Epic Pro.

You only have to grind for 5 days without sleep if you want a Rival or a Legend. You can easily get an Epic Pro every Rivals in only a couple hours a day if scores stay close to where they were.

Why short stop for an epic pro when you can get a legendary which is even harder to get. Of course, you didnt care, but what about those who did. My point was that epic pros should be reasonably accomplishable without having to pay ****. With proper season rewards and drafting epics, it should be more achievable. Beyond epic pro, such as legendaries and legendary pros, its fair to say you have to pay for them or grind 5 days straight.
With this update, we can't do either except grind every other week.

Does that assume you can 5 point on the regular? I would have played about that much and got VDN pro (placed about 5200).

After the new update i get 10+ energy for a rare. These are the new ones. I lost hope to draft a legend or epic.

My current QG record now is W:54,243 and L:9,064. So you could only imagine how many draft picks I've gone through. And well...just drafted my SECOND Legendary card...
