You're averaging 1000 wins, or were you talking about my post? In my post I said 1000 picks so about 500 wins.

U read it correctly average of 1,000 (and around 200losses) per epic the past 3 epics. Reading through the thread and soem of u guys have tremendous luck yet still bitching that u unlucky.

Son of a bitch. Just bought a pack and got Chris Mullin. According to the spreadsheet he's the worst legendary by a lot.

Just went through another pointless season where I lost. I lost in the conference finals against a guy I had beat in every category (again). I'm sitting at over 28,000 draft picks and have drafted one legendary support and 6 epics. It seems like I've hit a brick wall and there's no making my team any better. I have no idea how to improve.

I've haven't tried it out yet but I think this may work. So basically, I've completely changed my strategy with seasons. Now I aim to lose in the first round on purpose to get the two team packs. Before claiming the reward however, you should change your favorite team to the team of the epic that you need a duplicate for. By doing this, you have 2 chances to get the duplicate for the epic that you need. Because let's be honest here, you have a better chance to pull the duplicate epic from the team pack than pulling ANY epic from the draft. And it's pointless to continue trying in a season when you know for a fact you won't win the finals.
PROS:
1) Your season ends almost a day earlier if you lose in the first round thus allowing you start a new one a day earlier than usual.
2) You won't lose sleep having to wake up in the middle of the night to give energy to your guys because you're obviously trying to lose.
3) Won't have to constantly check during the entire day to rotate guys/give energy because once again, all you need to do is get into the playoffs. So all in all, you save a whole lot of time.

I haven't done that particular strategy but I have lost in the second round on purpose for the past 2 seasons because I was matched up pretty harshly. Because in my current situation, I just want any epic that I can get (Total of five epics: Drafted two and three from seasons). A player 6 pack will likely give you a better chance for that epic and it worked because I did get a Josh Smith so not too bad.

However, I am trying out the 'first round exit' strategy for my current season. Let's see how it goes.

Are team packs really that great for epics? I thought the epics from there were pretty low chance too.

the chance of getting an epic in the team pack is low, but in terms of epic-rare ratio its the same as drafts..but you dont have to go through an entire 700+ players to get it.



if you pick a team with few players mostly rare/epics, or alot of epic players (lakers) you can get a decent rate for epics (maybe every 5-10 packs?)
