Damn just finished work and im back under 600. Thank goodness I'm off sunday, time to grind all night for that top 500. buying some hotstreaks wouldnt hurt either.

That sounds very intreresting, but it is not correct. The drafts are complete random. It doesnt matter which cards you have got or if you have completed all common or uncommon pros. But as some other member stated already: fact is that the rival event gives you more rare cards then normal quick games. At least for me.

Well, I did just pull another epic so that's cool! I believe it's coincidence, but I'm going to begin being pretty suspicious if the pattern continues to hold up.

For those of you getting horrible pulls, it can't hurt to try my strategy and breaks up the monotony of everything and puts some focus on the collection aspect so it's not grinding away for hours and hours for only epics and nothing. That's what's kept me motivated this entire time is just to complete catalog cards.

PS does anyone else here work on the catalog? I'm not the biggest believer in anecdotal evidence, but I'm wondering if anyone else has their commons uncommons completed and could comment on what their pulls are like.

Im trying to fill up my catalog! i completed commons and uncommons a whiiiiile ago and i have a bunch of rares sitting there waiting for a dupe

Edit: Just saw Bill Walton's huuuuge stat upgrade, too bad when i had his rare pro maxed he was still pretty bad so i chucked him into some other rare pro waiting to be maxed

Nice! Do you notice any sort of pattern to your pulls? A lot of people keep complaining about seeing the same rares over and over again. That almost never happens to me. Slowly but surely, the duplicates roll in and I combine them then new ones come in. Just wondering if you're noticing this pattern too.

There are exactly the same as before. I quit collecting the rare ones, because I already have the best ones and collecting them will give you a huge disadvantage in season mode. I already gave away nearly all my nice rare pro Bulls and Spurs cards otherwise I would compete with 4000+ points team in Season mode. My Team is Average 2200 points. It is absolute pointless to collect cards you dont need in Season or Rival mode. Real sad but true.

There are exactly the same as before. I quit collecting the rare ones, because I already have the best ones and collecting them will give you a huge disadvantage in season mode. Because when you match up in a season it matches your WHOLE deck against whoever you're about to be matched with, with a bunch of rares sitting there could potentially put you in with high ranked guys, or at least i think thats how it works

Well the season matchmaking isn't that good anyways. Nw says that they will fix it soon.

After being 1600 in the morning im now 490.

11500 picks since epic and still rising this is getting pathetic already. Gamedad probably blocked my account from getting anything more than a rare.

That's interesting. McMillan is the only rare I don't even have yet and I never see him. I believe the drops are "random" but it is my theory that the drop rates are tiered and the odds adjust.

Keep completing the catalog though, I don't play the game purely for seasons, I play it for collections too. It does disadvantage me in seasons, but I also don't buy packs so it's not like I have 20 epics in my deck waiting to be combined too.
