The conspiracy thinking prone part of me is wondering if this "frozen board" is some type of beta test to see how blind scores impact participation/hot streak scores. If everyone thought they had a shot at first, would they spend more? Of course they'd have to be somewhat of a moron to think suddenly everyone stopped playing but them.



But as is the case with most conspiracies, I am probably giving the potential conspirator way too much credit when this was probably just some accidental screw up in their update.

I guess no one is buying hot streaks anymore... So here is our product. Messed up rivals.

Also is the forum season still a go for tonight? I'm not sure if my team will be good enough to get into some of your seasons but I'd like to try. I will likely be tanking anyways, I've won two straight seasons and the rewards have been very meh for the work of having to stay up late to energize.

Rivals may be crapping out right now but at least the season match making is still working "fine". Just met the truck team by game 3.

I was real proud of myself for breaking into the top 1000 on the bus ride to work this morning. Then I checked this thread. Looks like I have a lot more work ahead of me.

So now that Rivals has happened a few times I'm pretty down on it. I'm sitting here at work watching people posting that they have thousands of points already while I try to sneak my phone out for a game or two an hour. Between needing sleep and work, going to the gym, meals, and spending time with the significant other there just isn't time in the day to compete at this game mode.

Then in seasons I'm always one of the top 2 or 3 teams, but one of those other 1 or 2 have a team 800-1000 pts better than mine.

Or there's quick games, which everyone knows the issues with.

There are two and only two ways to succeed at this game and it's either get incredibly lucky or be a total vegetable for a week. I enjoy playing and collecting the little bit that I do play, and Epic Pros for Rvalry events are a decent consolation prize but it's kinda sad that I can't expect to ever win in either game mode.

Well for this event looks like play 40+ hours for Ewing or better (top 125) 20+ hours for melo , or 5 hours and get pro reed , who's better than melo, I'm going wit 5 hours . Taking this one off , feel sorry for guys who come in 126-500, can't believe CD would do that , give away a better prize for playing 4x less , it's comical . GL to everyone going for top 125 , just make sure you make it , I might lock down 1800th pl today , by just getting 4k pts today and coming back Sunday

I just drafted that reed. Can now pro him. That energy was a huge disappointment. On another note that is my 4th epic center pro and I still have not a single epic pro SG or PF.

Maybe they going wit a blind system , where you never know your true rank till the rivals is over , wouldn't put it past them, and yes I'm ranting , sry , the pro epic reed being better than the melo is really bugging the sh!t out of me , saves me time and money and loses them money cause no need to buy hot streaks if your not planning on being top 125

While Melo might be worse than Willis Reed Pro, I could potentially get Willis Reed Pro by tanking first round of the playoffs. I can only get Melo through the draft as the system currently is. My chances of getting that Willis Reed Pro by tanking are much better than drafting that Melo.

As someone said before, many of the top Epic Pros are better than legendaries. Which is also true of many of the top Rare Pros being better than Epics. And uncommon pros being better than rares...

Actually, I'm even moving up the leader board without even playing! I just jumped 30 spots in 5 minutes without doing a thing. This is the best Rivals strategy yet!
