Yeah my catalogue is shot! Wtf!!! Plus, card limit needs to be raised and well as drop rates. More cards created but you don't increase drop rates/card limit?? Come on now?

EVERYONE LISTEN!!!

I want to propose a challenge to all you hard grinders in the forums for the next RC. I have a couple of ideas that might interest some of you... maybe...

1. Continue your Rivals grind like you did last time. Whatever...,

2. Every hard grinder does not participate in the next Rivals and watches the leaderboard to see the total point difference from this Rivals compared to the next one. The difference could be staggering!!!,

3. Everyone on this forum does not participate in the next Rivals Clash for ONE day. Then, after the first day, you try to catch up and grind back to the high ranks. Like the chase, can be very exciting...,

or

4. For half of the Rivals, you must not use the +5 games, only +3 and +1. This provides excitement because of the chase.

I'd totally love to see the forums accept challenges 2, 3 or 4. I feel like even though the game is challenging enough because of the tiresome grind, any of these challenges could give us insight on the average pace of a RC to a RC without many heavy grinders in this forum.

Surely, you guys love a challenge, don't ya?

What a crazy day today was. Trying to stay in that top 125 was not fun at all. Thankfully Thanksgiving came early this year and I got my RC Dirkey.

Overall don't think I'm gonna do that again though. 17.7k in points finishing in 89th place and only pulling 1 epic is not worth it. I'll stick to my 126 and below next one.

To all of you that drafted multiple epics or legends in this event, I would trade my RC Dirk for that kind of luck any day.

Of course I love a challenge and competing. Unfortunately I have lost interest until they can fix some of the huge issues at hand. We are being challenged by the broken mechanics at its current state of the game itself.

I vote for #2 just to see the difference. I'd guess the top 250 or so make up the majority of this forum and to see the difference in participation would be interesting.

Edit: I followed through on my own personal challenge for this RC event. Bought zero hot streaks. Also didn't play Friday or Saturday due to attending my bachelor party and still placed 268 without much effort. Could have made top 125 without hot streaking had I not been out of town.

Philly and Pistons are the 2 Dynasty teams left without RC.

The problem is that both PHI and DET have stunk in the last few seasons (PHI went on that near-record losing streak, and Joe Dumars just resigned/got fired). I don't think there are any relevant active players left from the last time they were good. In the end this game, just like the console game, is a marketing tool for the NBA. I'm pretty sure they've got direction to promote active NBA players. The legends are nice to have, but Zeke and Dr J aren't playing in this year's NBA playoffs.

On the other hand, the Raps are pretty good, hold the 3rd seed in the East, and have a fun battle with the Wiz looming.

I'd do Raps vs Wiz

TOR
Rival - Vince
Legend - T-Mac (I hear the Bosh argument, but he's already got 2 cards)
Epic - Lowry
Rare - DeRozan

vs

WAS (the problem is the Bullets/Wiz have way more HOFers than good recent players, and the old guys played in Baltimore)
Rival - John Wall (there is NO choice here unless we go old school with Earl Monroe, Elvin Hayes or Wes Unseld... and there's no precedent for that, these are current players or Jordan - Rival Jordan in a Wiz uni? lol)
Legend - Earl the Pearl
Epic - Nene (or Gortat)
Rare - Beal (or Ariza)

It's amusing how everyone now chooses to forget that Agent Zero was once the future of WAS...

why don't they deserve a rival clash? just because they never won a championship? its a rival clash not Champion/Dynasty clash.
