You didn't finish 698 because of the network issues. You really think had the server been up the 48 teams in front of you would just sit there and let you pass them? I agree the servers were really frustrating towards the end. But chances are had the server not been messed up for an hour, you still would've been outside looking in.

I was ranked 500 wen it happened and I was trying to play I wouldve stay in the spot to get pro drexler

why are some top players wasting hundreds of dollars on RC events when they can spend it on playoff packs?

Top 10 in the last 2 events and i haven't spent a dime. I pretty much got my top 10 spot by Friday this time (been slacking since lol). You only "need" to waste money for the #1 spot.

Also note in the past, top 25 gets legendary pro, it actually is likely CHEAPER to get top 25 in RC than to get a legendary pro in packs before. Now its likely not the case but likely CD will change things because although lots of people were playing during this RC, it was competiing for 151-650 AND most of them likely didn't spend money on HS. Same can be said about most of the top 150 (reason scores are so low). The final scores this time (for the most part) are closer to FRIDAY scores in past events.

Comparing to last event (altho 1 day less)

top 10 - last event 37k, this event 27k (note top 5 were over 40k i think and a couple were even over 50k, this time #4 was 31k, 3 and 2 are 35k and even winner didn't hit 40k... if i pulled a nighter, i might have gotten first... didn't expect Wayne to completely stop today tho maybe he stopped because i stopped lol)

top 25 - last event 33k, this event 23k

top 50 - last event 27k, this event under 20k

top 125 - last event 19k i think, top 150 this event i think was close to 9k?

It didn't work for me when I dropped 100 points 7 spots in less than 30 seconds because the LB were lagged. But I do remember a guy on here sent a complaint because of the lag issue and got the MJ RC card

Well actually I didn't spend a dime in this rc event and i am in top 10...
it's not that hard this time becuase of CD's stupid decision

To be fair, if he was planning on playing the entire time, there's a decent chance that at least 48 players fall into 1 of the following category:

1) Play slower than him so he might pass them even if they are playing (remember the gap is very small so its not hard to gain on someone if you are faster than them... there are faster and there are slower players, since we don't know how fast he is, assume he's average, he'll still be faster than some).

2) Some can't play at the time of course so they'll be easy to pass.

3) Different time zone = a few might already be in bed (again time zone advantage/disadvantage... the way RC works, generally Euro time zone have a slight advantage as it starts for them in the morning and ends for them @ night... some might have turned in already)

Basically if he was playing the entire time, good chance he could make the tier. Its not a sure thing but quite likely... more so considering how close 151 - 650 was.

Dang man, by 2 points too. That hurts. CD really needs to make sure that this doesn't happen in the next rc event because there were so many people that had this happen to them.

lol that was CD's Bot to drive up hot streak spending. Im telling you the guy came out of no where I didnt even see him on the leader board on the second day. two hours after noon he was like 4 thousand ahead of me lol. CD was like yup you gone pay for this first spot i was calculating in my head how many games can someone play in two hours to accumulate 4000 points in two hours lol. But hey if he is real congrats homie YOU EARNED IT

Lol, if I was on the brink of top 650, I would've played nonstop... heck, I had a 200 rank lead on 650 and I grinded to the end. Mainly cause i didnt trust the leader board. And I didn't see him say anything about hotstreaking to the end.
