I thought you were on here, I tried to find you last night to tell you I wasn't going to charge. Man, sorry for the crap reward. I got Rodman. I am trying to build up my Epic collection again since I used them all for training; and I really don't need anymore single Legends.

Some speculation concerning the drop rate on epics and legends...

We have to realize that whatever the drop rate is (and NWGameDad has confirmed that it doesn't fluctuate daily or with RC events), it's a global drop rate. In other words, Player A and Player B are probably not going to draft epics and legends on x% of their respective drafts.

Most likely, it's either a percentage of total draft picks/boards across the entire game, or it's a fixed number of epics and legends released every hour/day/week, etc. In either scenario, you have the best chance of drafting them when you can manage to represent a larger percentage of the total draft picks in the game at the time. To me it seems that the best ways to try and accomplish this are to play during low-volume hours and play through games as quickly and as frequently as you can when playing .

I personally don't recall drafting many epics on Saturday or Sunday mornings. Instead, I tend to get them mid week during business hours or late at night.

I didn't "find it out." As stated, it's speculation. But if it were the same for every player, you wouldn't see so many people posting about how they have 10/20/50k wins without ever drafting an epic.

I agree. Last week during the rc I pulled at least 7 or 8 epics and 2 of them where dupes. This week on the graveyard shift at my job I haven't pulled a damn thing. They say we're playing less games but I know I've played 1000 games since last Sunday and I haven't pulled anything but during the rc I was pulling them every 200 games or so. Maybe even less.

It's probably just luck of the draw because they want your money. Bottom line. The less good cards people pull, the more money they spend to get them. I haven't spent one penny on this game and I'm not. I'll just get mine thru the rc's. My goal is to be in the elites without spending a penny. I'm halfway there with 4.5k stats across the board.

From how it's been explained it's a fixed chance. These are not real numbers, but an example of the chances:
1) 90% chance clearing card will be an energy, 10% chance it will be rare or higher.
2) If you pull in the latter 10%, it then goes into another fixed chance (as they call "dice rolls")
3) In this new " chance", you have a 99% chance its a Rare, 0.99% chance Epic, 0.075% chance its a Legend, and 0.025% PO.

My numbers are extremely generous though; I see the Legendary to have A LOT more zeros after the decimal, and cannot even fathom how many after the decimal for PO lol

Actually, the numbers for Legends and POs are so close to zero that I argue that they can even be called fair chances.

Yes. Came from NWGD some time ago. Like I said though, those aren't real numbers. They have repeatedly said that they will not reveal the actual fixed number for our chances.
