Guys I usually
take advantage of the closing/reopening the app trick to stack picks and I actually do it a lot, i'n just a little scared that CD will think I'm hacking or something and close my account, am I in danger of this?

6500 credits for a starter pack including one guaranteed legendary, if it was guaranteed star card then sure but no thank you

Lol 25 cards? It's gonna take like 2 minutes for all cards to show up

It's kinda worth it tbh. One epic pack costs 2500, it's basically 3 epic packs+all the other cards, and it's much cheaper lol

It's kinda worth it tbh. One epic pack costs 2500, it's basically 3 epic packs+all the other cards, and it's much cheaper lol

I'd rather spend that on an MVP pack to be honest. The bulk of those become useless too soon.

Before AH, profit only came from sales of packs and hot streaks. AH opened up an entirely new revenue stream, one that can be much more lucrative than just selling packs. You're now creating a digital economy. So, post AH, pack prices can drop and you'd STILL make more due to the purchasing of credits for AH. Pack prices don't have to stay so high. You want to encourage people to buy packs and buy and sell (and resell) items on AH.

My point has been that they haven't only been limiting functionality and making a ****tier experience for the users, they've also limited their own profits. Whoever designed this system has zero understanding of how a digital economy works. You promote buying and selling, you don't restrict it to the point that you suffocate it. Look at all of the other auction houses out there that have been doing it for years. Do you see listing fees? Do you see 30% tax? Do you see any of what CD is doing? No, because they've figured out that to make a profit from a digital economy, you have to promote trade. Let the economy balance itself, don't set artificial parameters around it.

I played MUT but EA has 2 separate currencies. AH uses tokens but you buy pack bundles with points. So I dont see how they make money from AH, unless you wanna say people buy the bundles so they can flip the cards for millions of tokens

e: actually now thinking about it 30% tax actually makes sense. I dont like it from a consumer aspect, but they only make money when you purchase credits, correct? So how are they supposed to make money from micros if you never have to buy credits? If you can just sell 2 cards you dont need & buy another why would you ever buy credits? How does that benefit them, yea you will need to buy some credits but you wouldn't need to buy the big packs..
