He's decent, I'm currently running him as backup SG in my season. I believe when Yiy put up the list of the best 5 players for each position (total stats wise) that Pistol Pete was number 5

To be frank, this is actually a fairly ridiculous statement. But it's a good thing I'm not someone who "nitpicks everything" then

For an example, if a white guy crosses the street when they see a big black man walking his way, the man who points out the white man as a racist and insults/criticizes him is vastly worse than the white man himself.

The guy could be crossing the street because its more convenient for him, he could be crossing simply because there's a big man coming his way (by big I mean like the guy whos never skipped a day at the gym) and doesn't want to take the chance. Of course, he could be crossing the street because he is a racist as well, but the man who points out his behavior and assumes it as racism is, in my opinion, worse than the man crossing the street even if he was crossing because of the big man's race.


Please keep in mind I used the word "most", there are obviously extreme cases, the ones that get televised and grab the attention of the nation, in which the racist is clearly far worse than the accuser. However, in many cases it's the one who picks out behaviors to try and create a problem who is actually worse than the one with the problem.

In our case, you picked out yiy saying "from China" as meaning he just HAS to be a racist, and the topic completely changed from discussing the possibility of the top 5 cheating, to yiy being (in your mind) a racist.

Of course, this is all just my opinion.

Yea I have 4 other stars (Robinson mvp, Harden, Hardaway, Kawhi) and pistol Pete holds his own against all of them except in the defensive side

Also I would like some advice, this is my current season minus pistol Pete and 1 legend to replace UR MJ, at this point should I focus on filling my season with stars or should I begin to start obtaining dupes for legends and/or stars, I have 8 legends so I have a lot of dupe opportunities, I'm counting on my 15+ epics to sell in the MP to make enough money for dupes, I currently have a lot of success in season, usually placing 2nd of 3rd seed but I'm always losing in the conference finals due to me sleeping

So from the looks of my season do I
A) get star dupes
B) get leg dupes
C) get stars

If you all keep discussing this, you are all going to get banned. I don't even understand why it hasn't happened yet. You guys are arguing about racism and what not on a virtual mobile game forum. I've been reading it since last night. I honestly don't care myself about the issue, but I'd advise you all to stop before a mass banning happens.

I didn't say he has to be a racist; I questioned why leng, egbert, etc.'s geography mattered when it came to cheating or sharing scripts. As in my post you quoted, his phrasing was certainly ambiguous. Take from that what you will, but it is you who are taking it away. After all, aren't you now doing to me what you just accused me of doing to yiy? Go back and read my posts; I don't make any accusations. I simply state that the geographical location as a signifier of cheating is absurd, and then ask why the same evidence exonerates some people while condemning others.

With that said, I wholly disagree with the notion that somebody oversensitive to racism (for example) is worse than an actual racist. I don't think that's a particularly healthy way to treat discussion.

Absence of discussion has been, and always will be, worse.

Anyway, I'm over it. Let's all stop derailing this thread. I've already apologised to yiy for misreading his post, there's not really much more to it, anymore.

I would say time to go for star dupes, but start going after players in the positions in which you are weakest=single leg spots. Then start getting stars to dupe yor current singles.

You want to get into as high a season tier as possible, because just making the playoffs is equivelant to coming in second place in the tier below.

It's pretty much impossible to miss the playoffs if you energize.
