I was just thinking, with the way RttC is set up, does that mean we will never see players who never won a ring/won as a role player as the top reward?

Yup,
PnP star players like Greg Monroe, DeMarcus Cousins and Mike Conley will never be top reward.

Plenty of good players to look forward as reward on upcoming RTTCs.
Pierce, Gasol, Dirk, LBJ, Wade or Bosh, Duncan, Leonard and Parker.

If a star HOF pack costs 10k credits, it doesn't make sense to have a pack that's better than HOF cards and still lower in price, so I would guess either HOF pack price decreases or the playoffs packs price goes over 10k

If they are Star and Playoff, they'll likely be below 10k. If they try making Playoff packs 10k+, I'm truly done with this game.

Random thoughts.... I'm a Wizards fan, going through the catalog earlier, the Wizards are one of a few (3-4) teams with no Stars
They didn't win a Championship recently nor played against teams that won (the Arenas-led squad always lost to the Cavs, and the Cavs didn't win in the Finals), so guess I'm out of luck for RttC. Hopefully they would do an RC event with the Wiz and another less popular team lol, that's the only time I would grind for top 100.
