Thanks for the time on here and sincerely apologize for the personal attacks you and the company get hit with, on a separate note.... can you say anything about Playoff packs and if they will have their own or will it be Star mixed with Playoff?

I'm guessing it will be a Star pack with Star and Playoff cards in it. Its always been like that in this app and last year's app.

One last one from me.

The only real issue I have with any recent update is the season rewards. I just don't find them satisfying enough to push for first place. Are there plans to upgrade them a little for Playoff tier, and if possible update them a little for Star before playoff is available?

I can't talk about the packs yet. When we get closer to release of our update then we'll be able to talk more about it.

Packs? Haven't we learned enough of how bad they are? Lol, I'm saving my credits for Playoff cards on AH.

Right now we have no plans to change any of those things. The tax seems high, but we are seeing plenty of sales and Credits flowing in the system. People don't see how many free cards and credits are given out,and they neglect to account for just a few weeks ago you had no means of gaining Credits from those free cards without the AH. 30% may see high compared to other games, but other games do not allow unrestricted free play and acquisition of so many cards daily. We literally give away millions of cards each day and without the tax and minimums everyone would have final tier decks in days. We could restrict the flow of cards by adding energy on the Quick Game system, but that isn't something we want to do. Players have expressed a lot of appreciation for the energyless play for the main modes of the game (yes, RttC is an exception where we do have energy).

As for Season rewards, again we have no plans to change them further. Although the attitude on the board is that they don't care about a 1000 Credits, that isn't being expressed by the larger group of players in the game. The credits are accomplishing the goal,which was to provide a means for free players to acquire Credits outside of the Daily VC Bonus and to add some currency to the overall economy to help the AH sales.

I don't want to answer yet just because we are finalizing the rewards still. Ask again maybe at the end of the week.

I will say that will not happen. The days of multiple cards for Season rewards are over. In the context of the AH where you can Pro your cards so much easier, we simply cannot give out super generous rewards like that any more. If we did it becomes a race to the end for everyone that lasts days. You can bypass too much of the progression just too easily.

But I don't think any of us are saying get rid of the tax altogether. We are simply asking it to be lowered...even 20% would be sufficient. While there very well may be sales flowing through, a substantial amount of those "sales" are agreed upon trades between members here. If you look at your data, I'm sure you will see many commons/uncommons selling for 2000 credits. That should be a sign that the market is broken. Since we (forum members) don't have any concrete data, all we can go off is the sales retroactive from the forum and in the higher tiers.

In regards to season rewards, I think we all agree the previous season rewards 3 single stars are FAR better than 1000 credits and 1 star. I think the one thing that many of us frowned upon was that while you did say there was a new way for us to gain credits for season rewards, you didn't mention you were taking 2 Star cards away as a result. Just kinda feels like a slap in the face that the whole truth didn't come out during your Q&A session. Not trying to attack you by all means, but just sharing it from the consumer's perspective.
