    They are on the record as being VERY SURE that their system will only catch bots, so I wouldn't expect a quick response from them, and I wouldn't expect your ban to be reversed, although you can hope.

    That said, I'm not convinced that they can be so sure, because I've seen the code pop up about a dozen times since they implemented it, and my play (even when I'm grinding during RC) just can't be rhythmic enough to appear to be a bot or script ... but that pop up comes up just the same and scares the crap out of me, and then I'm super paranoid making sure I get the code correct.

        MY brother was playing with me on my acc. he had the popup for code come out and jsut closed it every time and restarted since he didn't know what it was. when i had got back on it i entered the code in and it said my acc was locked. ive been trying to explain this to them and if they say my acc is still locked then ok, but i havnt been able to even discuss it with them....

          I'm not making any judgment whatsoever. I'm not saying your explanation isn't true.

          What do you think CatDaddy is going to assume when they read that explanation? To their system, that doesn't look any different from a script trying to get around the pop up, and the explanation probably reads a lot like the excuses they've gotten from any scripters/botters they've already caught.

          That's why I'm suggesting you not get your hopes up too much. Once they take the step of banning your account, it doesn't seem like much will get them to change their mind on that count.

            i know u were just making a statement and i guess your right about what catdaddy is going to assume. for me i just care to getting a response back. if my acc is still banned after i explained my case then ok. there's nothing i can do. but its a diff case when i can't even explain my side of it. I played the game since the last one and when this one came out first day with the loyalty cards. if my acc is still locked i will see if its worth it when the new one comes out depending on the loyalty rewards ;3

              So the in-game feedback options all go to cashdaddy except for the last option which I believe is my game issues or something and that e-mail goes to 2k. What I have noticed as I have been trying to get a card restored for almost a month now, is that 2k support sends an auto-reply e-mail letting you know they got your ticket and then they follow up with you to let you know they can't help you lol.. ALL the other buttons under feedback that go to cashdaddy do not send an auto-reply e-mail, nor do they actually contact you back. I am curious who the hell is responsible for answering those e-mails but they sure as hell aren't doing it. I've been sending a ticket every single day for a week now to every feedback choice they have and I still haven't heard a damn thing.

                A member on the other forum (who is a top player) got his account locked for no apparent reason.

                After more than 1 month of emailing back and forth and proving he never botted he managed to get his account back. However he NEVER types the code wrong... So That cas seems more troublesome...

                  I recommend sending a PM to GameDad. I had to PM him TWICE before because the first time support didn't respond to me for THREE months, and the second time for ONE month.

                  I'm still convinced support team is either incompetent, behind more than a week still (CD claims they are not behind), or they are monkeys in training.

                  Seriously though, your best bet is GameDad. He at least is helpful and pings the support team to respond.

                    How people have already gotten Durant is beyond me. I debated doing it to get a better sale, but the cost is crazy. You need 135 game nights (assuming +7 every time), but you can cut that in half by buying a 75 pack of hot streaks at 600. Then, you still need to reload game nights just over 10 times (another 1000) just to do it. I wonder if it's worth it after AH tax just to get better sales on Grainger, Garnett and Durant first...

                      well guess then im officially done with this game then lol. i had sent an email to the last option under feedback and i did get an auto email and they then had responded back to it. i emailed them back and haven't heard back from them.

                        One month? Damn. That's persistence right there. If he/she is a top player I presume they have real money invested in the account also, which makes it even more important to be reinstated, especially if innocent.

                          i did PM him. he did say to emailed feed back which i had already did everything i had to do. so *shrug*

                            How can he prove that he never botted? I'm not saying He did ... I'm just curious how one can prove an absence of something. Evidence of Absence is hard to come by.

                                I'm hearing KD getting sold for 15k... I'd say that alone makes it worth it.
