This seems very strange. Why are HOF are the only ones not?

Coz they got a Stat boost to compete with RC Cards. MVPs didn't receive a boost

Sounds like PO and MVP cards will be available to AH. HOF cards will NOT.

Although I find that a bit strange, I think eventually that is pretty much irrelevant. The only card type I'll go after is PO. I wouldn't spend a single credit on an MVP card - be it on AH or in a pack. And I consider all rewards from a playoff season meaningless - except for the finals'. And that's a good thing.

So HoF rewards for QF/SF is an obvious cash grab. Since they can't be auctioned (and apparently neither can playoff?), people who can manage to get into top 8 will get cards that they will have a 1-in-65 chance of duping another 5 days later ... or they can drop 10k credits for that same 1-in-65 chance.

The worst cash grab update to date.

Is there anything you don't complain about, man? This is a pretty dope update.... Giving people some of what they want but still being able to make money on their end.

Starting bids will most likely be 6500, thee amount it costs for a pack with bin of maybe around 8-9k

They should lower everything else down a little bit and put the MVP cards at 6000 min bid or something.

Leg 1500 min bid, 2000 BIN
Leg Pro 3500 min bid, 4500 BIN
Star 3000 min bid, 4000 bin

I agree with you on him. He always tends to find something to complain about. If you hate this game as much as your complaints show, then you don't have to play, or spend money. CD is a business and they have to look out for themselves and for the customer, and they're doing both with this update.

I doubt they make the mins lower than the pack price, and I see no intent of them to lower the pack prices. I think epic might be the exception after they changed the prices, but Im not sure how much epic packs cost

To start my wishlist off for next game:

Locker Codes for this app (not making them limited to players but limited to time you have)

More events (can't really think of one but I know you guys can come up with one.)

Trading

Obtaining credits easier (CatDaddy just makes it seem like they want all the money. At least making it to where people who want to get ahead faster can buy credits but making it really impossible to earn credits isn't cool.

I'm pretty much done playing this game but I'm not sure if I will play next year or not. I say this because if I do play next year I want to know how the loyalty cards are given out. Does it go by overall deck strength, QG strength, or is it random how many loyalty cards you get. If it's random, I'll just give my cards away and offer buy backs on them[no sense keeping them if I'm not using them]. Anyone know how the loyalty cards were given out last year please chime in. Right now I'm leaning towards just dropping my deck regardless though. . .

They were given out based on the player's Top 15 or 25(forgot the number) cards in their deck.

Edit: It's on the Announcing MyNBA2K15 thread here in OS. You can look at it. It says top 15 cards and they have the calculation process there.

Even though I doubt I will get to playoff tier for seasons(I just got to star), I feel this is going to be a great update. I feel that everyone wins with this update.

Wow ... proof positive that people remember negative things way more than positive things. You can look at my post history and see me pointing out that people have been asking for 2nd chances at the cards from RC teams that lost for awhile, and here we are with an RC offering just that.

I totally misunderstood the original info dump and my initial reaction was negative, but I am far from non stop complaining all the time. Mostly I'm answering questions and trying to contribute to the community.

Can everyone using me as a verbal punching bag maybe step back and snag a little perspective? Like ... anyone who is active in this community, or the other one, has seen people teeing off on Brad and NWGD way way way way way worse than the minority of my posts that are expressing a negative view of something about the game.

Walk through my post history if you really think I'm just negative all the time ... I think you'll be surprised.

People thought I was emotional about this new patch (not really) ... more emotionally moved by people I enjoy chatting with coming after me with pitchforks really. The game is the game, and it's always gonna be a bit of a tug of war between profits and players. Hanging out with folks with similar interests and enjoying the discussion ... that's way more important in the long term.

Like I said in the info dump thread, it was my bad for misunderstanding the original info dump. I wasn't trying to start no e-fights or nothing guys.
