Ugh me to, I got an early one on my last reset, so I thought I'd be good before jumping up to get my PO freebie. After the update didn't come up I'm up on the mid 100's for my reset counter, so I'm getting at the point where I'd probably keep grinding for my star reset before jumping up to grab my freebie.

Unless I get another early one!

Exactly my situation. Got my reset than like 4 boards later got another. Didn't want to play much before the update came out but here I am racking up board clears.....

I'll be honest here and say that when you call them $D, it kinda ruins your objectivity in my eyes. Isn't the AH already designed to help progress you faster than normal? Plus RTRC and RC, people just want it faster than fast.

Maybe I'd have a different perspective if I had discovered the game earlier and started playing since the beginning when they were giving out 3 star's for winning a season. But I had a late jump on the game and the changes they made really created an unfair gap between those who played the game early and those who came up late.

I by no means hold anything against the people who played early, it's just more a criticism of the changes that were made to nerf progression because of AH. In my opinion they went way to strong in the opposite direction. They put all the eggs in the AH basket assuming everyone can get easy dupes because of AH, but for free players that isn't really the case.

Credits are hard to come by for the free players, so buybacks, trades, etc. are all necessary.

Thats not really a counter argument, since his point was that every card has market value if you're patient enough to play the market. I've seen people sell the weaker of Star cards w/o buybacks. Myself, I've bought both Lillard & Teague off of AH & they are the 2 LOWEST rated Star cards in the game.

That was his second statement about the situation. But I agree, I've sold some stars that I never thought would sell. But it took me listing it multiple times. In the amount of time it took to finally sell, I could of sold 4-5 epics. I agree, that there is value in any star card obviously, or people wouldn't be even willing to pay the tax for them. But the value that the cards for me, personally, and from testing the market on these cards, to many people at large, aren't that high, if at all.

Like I said, i'm doing this to mainly help out others.

Yeah I know. I also found it pretty funny how NWGD was talking on twitter how pricing MVP's at the same min as regular stars was their response to users requesting a freer market where they could dictate the prices. That's all well and good for the MVP tier, but it pretty much makes regular stars that much harder to sell at the same minimum.

I just hope someone can open their eyes for 2k16.

You make a fair point SmartForce. The only problem is that the seasons generally finishes when I'm asleep if I go all the way to the finals, and I can't start a new season until I wake up the next day which can add another 5-6 hours to the calculations.

Yep, and you could do like I did. I went up 3-0 in the Semis, energized and went to sleep with an alarm for the finals. Woke to find the guy had woken up and fully boosted to eek out 1 point wins for 4 straight games and win the series in 7. If I had just woken up one more time to energize, I'd probably have won another finals ...

Yeah true. People on the other forum said they're going to list them around 6.5 + so star cards don't become useless so if thats the case I`ll put it for minimum bid and take 3500- 4200 credits from it since it was the half price pack

I truly hope people have the discipline to keep the MVP cards higher priced. I am perhaps being cynical though when I suspect that they are gonna drop like a rock after the first couple of seasons pass with 8 people in each season bailing with an MVP to sell.

Do it, and hopefully he writes it in the third person. Nothing cooler that a self assessment written in the third person.

Presumably he was talking about me. How would I "self" assess someone without him doing enough writing to me that he could simply do it himself? I rather suspect an academically formatted self-evaluation in the third person would rather be a bit of a tip off that something was odd yeah?

It's possible. Since the next app will presumably launch with an AH, there won't be any need to tie it to pre-existing large dollar values. We'll see what they do. The make the argument that 10k credits != $67 because of the AH and that the decisions this year are because of the pre-AH large amount of rewards (3 star cards, etc...).

I give them the benefit of the doubt in trying to rectify the discrepancy between the pre AH rewards and what AH offers, I just think they executed it extremely poorly.

Mayweather specializes more in doing what damage he can while avoiding getting hit, and he thrives on negative attention. That's a recipe for a bad fight. I'd love to see a Manny victory but I think that it would have to be an all time great fight for that to happen. Not sure I'd bet on it. I certainly didn't pay to watch it.

No hate. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion. Personally think if it doesn't end within 6 (you can guess who I'm rooting for), Mayweather wins by decision.

Mayweather is a defensive fighter... If you watch his fights, he conserves energy until later rounds and unloads a bunch of weak punches to start winning on the score cards. He is a defensive, adaptive guy. With that being said, I'd love to see him knocked on his ***.

It's a Filipino holiday over here lol. Been drinking all day and no parking for blocks. It's worth the $100 when you got 50 of your closest friends and family having a good time.
