What do you mean he didn't take it to the rack hard? He drove baseline and was deep under the basket how can a player go harder than that? Noah jumped and collided with LeBron as LeBron was trying to rise up to shoot a layup so its a foul.

Going to the other side of the rim = not going hard to the rack. Put your back to the defense, go up straight up with two hands, and make them go over the top of you.

The Bulls players clogged up the middle, the baseline was open so LeBron drove baseline. Any player would drive baseline in that situation. Driving down the middle at the situation can cause a turnover or an offensive foul.

I totally agree, but I just disagree on the last seconds of the game. You don't call pass interference in football on the last play unless it's egregious, likewise with fouls in bball. Let the players play. Just my opinion...

I disagree, some coaches calls a timeout to tell their players a defensive set, or they sub in defensive/rebounding specialist to help to get a stop until coaches stop doing that then a timeout is needed to defend. To be honest people around the world watching that game, Bulls players, Bulls coaching staff know that ball is going in to LeBron's hands they just did a bad job denying him the ball.

Pretty much this, teams don't stand around and look at each other when a timeout is called and they are supposed to be defending.

I just don't think the defense should be bailed out for poor play and the offense punished because time is running out

I'm not talking about his dribble drive. I'm fine with that. But don't go to the reverse and expect a foul call in the last 5 seconds of a game. When he got to the right side of the board, he should have gone straight up with two hands. The man is one of the best athletes this world has ever seen...use that strength and go straight up.
