If you bid 5k...that's 1500 tax

Then I get the 3500 profit from the sale and then buy a common for 3500...tax is 1050 on that

So you go from 5000 to 2550...you get a star for 2450

Can't believe my drafting luck! So I just got into Star tier about 12 hours ago and got a 3 slot Rasheed Wallace as my freebie and I was super happy. Then I started RTTC a bit late, I'm halfway through AK47 right now. I was just clicking through the picks and I got my reset! 3 slot Elgin Baylor! I wasn't expecting my reset for agessssssss, but I got him like 20 boards after my freebie, and then the very next board clear I got Bucks MCW, which is very cool as well. It kind of feels like CD is making up for the days when it took a week to get my Leg reset [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Are Wallace or Baylor good cards? Are they closer to Kyrie or World B. Free? [emoji23]

Heck I'll donate a star as well Adam if you can cover the taxes.

I've got Conley, Rasheed Wallace, Zeke and Drexler that I offered him, so maybe some of us who have stars laying around can help him get some star pros on the cheap and he can get into star seasons and start getting a star every 4 days for free.

How much would I need to pay to cover the tax?

Assuming the person giving you the star loses zero credits, you need to have 5,000 credits to start. The person you get the star from will get 70% of that after the 30% tax, so 3,500 credits. Subtracting the 20 credit listing fee, they would give you back 3480 buy it now on a common card, and you would get 70% of that back which is 2,436.

I only have 3100 credits atm

The fastest way to get credits will be to just do like +2 matches during RttC (and lose for 1 point at a time and 4 picks at a time as far as you can afterward... you can lose all the way to the Greats card if you can stomach it).

Just take Ultra Rare cards and train them to full and list, and people buy them to quickly train Playoff cards and Playoff pro cards. With so many people getting Kidd and D. Robinson and lots of people training up Kidd to sell him, and other people training up kidd and then making a pro and training it up, training fodder will sell like hotcakes for the next few days.

At 480 buy it now, you will get 336 per sale. If you're willing to grind a lot during the RttC, you could probably easily sell 30-40 and end up with enough credits to get 2-3 star pros from those of us willing to get stars to you at no profit for ourselves.

This is about the fastest way you will progress without spending money, and once you can play star seasons, all you need to do is make the playoffs 2nd round and you get a star card, and as long as you stay in the top 8 (very easy), you will face a bot in the first round and win easily.

Good luck mate. Any star singles I have or get are yours for no profit to me. The tax is harsh, but you can end up with a Pro Star for a tiny bit over the cost of minimum bid on a single star, so hopefully that helps.

What have I done wrong? PO+ tier, completed Stoudemire with nothing higher than SR, and ever since I entered PO I have my freebie, one PO reset, and one leg in over 550+ boards. 0 stars, and people are pulling them consistently

Really appreciate your help mate and also everyone else. But yh I will grind quite a bit and train up quite a lot of URs to sell so I should have enough credits soon

Well that was the quickest I ever ground in RTTC. Kidd done, trained, and on the AH for minimum. Seems to be most people are listing at minimum. Oh how far the PO market has fallen since the first RTTC. I sold my rose for 12k BIN 5 minutes after posting him then, and I didn't even get him up until the second day.

Baylor is one of the top Star SFs I believe, and Wallace not sure, but judging from his stats, he isn't good.
