I wouldn't of done the buy back, who cares if he calls you a scammer we all know you aren't. Thing is CP3 was prepared to lose credits in the first place hence the buy back but instead he made 6000 or whatever it is after tax on minimum bin rather then 5200 on minimum bid so in fact CP3 made around 7000 credits off this deal because he made you return the original buy back. That's pretty sh*tty thing to do

Ahh I see now, I thought he made you buyback a card after his LBJ sold.

So this is how the deal went down:

1. CP3 buys back first from Kolsen, while his LBJ card is already up.
2. Kolsen falls asleep before he can put a bid on the LBJ card.
3. Unknown buyer bids on LBJ, and wins auction.

Even still, I don't think it was right of him to demand his BB returned. I take back my "scammer" comment but the above situation is just like when someone who is involved in a BB deal doesn't end up winning the auction because he gets outbid. What you are "paying" for with the BB deal is a guarantee that someone will bid on your card. I don't think he should have asked for the BB returned because you guys end up paying so much in tax, plus he gets extra credits in selling his LBJ and getting his BB returned.

Edit: Well if you agreed beforehand to return the BB, again that's a different situation, but it doesn't make sense for anyone to ever agree to this because it completely favors the seller, he's essentially hedging his bet.

Kolson21, no disrespect to the other guy in this situation, but thats what happens when you deal with kids and not grown folks or men, but this is game to past time and you shouldnt let this or anyone still your joy, sometimes you just got to bite the bullet and call it a lost and learn from this, the bb system is a joke, i have done one myself but overall its a joke, when you got people taking advantage of other with that i dont have the credits so you buy first crap, like in life if you dont have the money you just cant have it

No the thing is he posted lebron before I even had the credits to bid, and he sold before I had the credits

Maybe they will make trading available to combat all of these problems in the next version. Just cover the 30% tax and will work out for everyone. Free advice CD, use it.

Yeah you're right I am really upset, but I was planning on getting lebron and I didnt and i ended up losing credits. Plus the guy that did end up buying him bought him for min bid.

Because they always stick to their word lol. Believe me if CD figures out a way to make profit on it, it will be in the game. Probably will make the trade tax like 40% and call it a day.
