    mine are gone... all of them. And its complete bull**** to just delete all of them only because they cant figure out which one you got as a reward or not.

    I got mine 2weeks ago and pro'ed them with WC which i lost too. MVPMak got his allstar way earlier than this mistake ( NO IT WAS NOT AN EXPLOIT, it says 100% sale and so it is; Nobody tricked the system, all of us just pressed BUY and we got). I dont see why we should get punished for it.

    I dont know what your problem is but blaming us for CD's mistake is one thing but saying its our fault that our seasonrewards got deleted is just beyond stupid. We are victims cause we lost something we worked for. Your analogy is as bad as Danans. We did not break into their house and rob them. They opened the door and said "everythings for free". Its not an exploit, just THEIR mistake.SIMPLE AS THAT.#

    ps: this should not mean i want those allstar cards from those packs back. I expected and wanted them to rollback but not delete our cards.

        Pure speculation and a practice in crisis management, I'm guessing this is the best CD could come up with the 48 hours they had to figure something out before this week's RttC launches. I don't know all of the details behind the scenes with what staff/manpower, technology (coders/servers), customer/community support, and other important stuff they are working with, but it's saying something that there wasn't an extended (or even the usual 1-hour weekly) complete shutdown for maintenance and possible fixes (just a quick DLC download for probably RttC info). With a major DLC or app store update expected within the next four weeks for the "After Trade Deadline, Mid-Season Update," there's possibly a bigger fix (and new gameplay mode/event?) in the works later on.

        With that being said, one (I personally have no programming/IT knowledge nor CD Insider information) could guess CD's rationale went like this:
        • Phase 1: Remove All-Stars from decks that definitely did not spend any credits on AS packs (easy to track credits on packs but that counts season rewards as well). For better or worse, this could easily knock out the majority of illegitimate Star-level decks that are the game breakers with the caveat that some grind work will need to be done in reimbursing legitimate cards, WCs, star contracts, etc. afterwards to users filing claims. This also saves time/manpower spend on alternate accounts that were created solely to "exploit" this glitch.
        • Phase 2: Remove All-Stars from decks that have WAY too many AS cards vs. actual credit expenditure on AS packs. Again, then check back again for those filing claims.
        • Phase 3: Hopefully by 2/26 all is made well again after all decks are scanned for any no-credit AS cards and card/resources reimbursements have been distributed.


        Note that I have not mentioned what to do with those who sold/trained away Star pros and singles that would've made their various lineups without the Packening All-Star cards but is now in someone else's hands if sold via AH... that's enough thinking for me lol....

        Time to get ready for the REM sleepless grind for RttC DeMar!

          I agree regarding the trained cards, those doesn't need to be return. But the WC and SC will be tricky. Based on past experience I have heard from others. For a pro, they will only return 2 singles and cannot reinstate any WC and SC. If that is the case, I and others in the same situation, would lose out on at least one WC and SC should we choose to continue the game and pro the card again.

                    I'm not sure if it has to be stated, it might even vary between different states, but it has happened to me. A year or two ago, I remember going to Best Buy because apparently a season pass for a game was ringing up to be way below retail price. I tried to buy it, but when it rang up as the discounted price, the cashier brought the manager over and told me he couldn't sell it to me for that price.

                    At that point, there's really nothing I can do besides complain. Even if there was a lawsuit there, it's not really worth time/money. Similar to this situation.

                        Yours is different because the transaction is not done. Now we already bought the packs for four days and they took it back.

                          I don't even remember lol, I think it was CoD: Ghosts season pass, I just walked up and grabbed it.

                          I did some quick research and the answers I found summed it up well. The U.S is capitalistic and all businesses are privately owned and the government doesn't really have much intervention on how business is conducted, especially for retail stores. It's their privately owned business and they can choose who to do business with (given that they're not refusing service/sale because of your race/gender/disability, etc.)

                          That's the thing about online purchases, you don't have someone there to stop it, especially CD because they don't work on weekends. If they were there and noticed the glitch, they would've stopped it ASAP. Because they didn't work and it was a long weekend, it just complicated things to a point where they have to salvage what they can. A lot of this could've been prevented if they just tweeted or put an in-game message telling people not to use WC or contracts until further notice.

                            A blanket removal of cards is just lazy from CD. It was the quickest means to an end in their eyes especially when they worded the statement as if it was the users fault for the glitch in the first place. They haven't acknowledged the fact that the issue was on their side so I'm not surprised that they wouldn't go out of their way to make sure legit cards weren't removed and that WCs and star contracts were restored accordingly
