This may have been answered somewhere already but did not see it anywhere and did not read everything on the main feed...Anyone have a clue why sometimes the player cards has a down arrow, reduction in stats, and loss of face? Also, is there any meaning or significance behind it? It happens from time- to-time and temporarily. Thanks!

That simply is our default card image we show when you haven't finished downloading the DLC. We release new cards periodically that need to be downloaded by the app. On the main screen when you see a small green down arrow and percentage in the lower left corner it means we're transferring new data for cards to your app. If that isn't at 100% when you go in the game you may see the default image.

They are not active NBA teams right now. We include them with a few historical cards, but all the other starting teams are based on the 2013-2014 rosters. Obviously, these teams do not have a roster for that year.

One more thing I can't sign up for the other version of the game my e-mail is correct and my password is correct (triple checked) and it keeps saying email or password is incorrect find you email in nba 2k14 but I checked and everything is right what more can I do?

Make sure you can login at http://www.nba2k.com. If that works, then make sure you have played a character in MyCareer through the draft. This will create a save on the console side that is needed on the mobile side to read your account.

Hey guys. I've seen a few other posts regarding a situation like mine. After this recent update last night, about 90% of my player cards had no picture, but instead have a green arrow pointing down. Every solution I've read says to let the updater on main title screen reach 100% before starting the "MyTeam" game. However, I've done this a few times, followed by re-installs, clearing cache, and turning off phone. Everything I've tried still leaves me with a collection of big, green, annoying arrows. Any help is appreciated!!

I'd like to know, how the special abilities of a card work, like +12 all for your team from legendary Dr. J. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I can't seem to find out, what's causing it.

One more question for RC: Does it matter if I play with like a stacked card deck or with like 1 gold, 2 epics, 2 rares? Does it have any effect on the matchmaking like in quick games? Or is it possible that I play someone in +5 games who has a way weaker/stronger deck?

Is there an overview of ALL available cards anywhere? All cards untrained, trained and combined?

If you mean the Jazz vs. Trailblazers Rivals Clash, then you can't participate in that event any more. It's over. It currently is in the claim reward phase right now until Wednesday. The next Rivals Clash event will begin with Pre-Game (where you can see the teams and rewards) on Sunday, and the game play will begin on May 20th.

is there a way to delete a team? i accidently made another account and now that one is always signing in instead of my real account
