I just got 3 500vc cards in the pick and win and it said I won 3000vc but none was added to my account

I have a kindle fire and have been playing perfectly fine since day 1. I already updated earlier today but now a message popped up "Game update required. Would you like to update now?" When I click yes, it tells me that the app is incompatible with my device and when I search for it on my kindle in amazon app store, it is no longer there.

Had the same problem today with 3x500.

Same problem with them. It took me 2 weeks to complete the 3x500 and when I redeemed it, it doesn't add to my VC. Is this the thread to report this? I need to get my 3000 back.

I had another person say the same thing and we realized that the app is not working on first gen kindle fire. Worked perfectly fine earlier and now it is saying that it is incompatible with my device. Was anyone else able to play on their first gen and now it's not working?

This is an annoying Bug!!
