    I noticed today that roughly a quarter of the cards I have collected no longer show up in my card catalog. Has anyone else had this problem? Is CD able to reset it so the cards I have collected once again show up since I'm trying to complete the catalog?

      It used to happen all the time with 14.

        since last week i cant connect this app to my xbox one save any more? just says login failed anytime i try

          since last week I can't access 2k servers from my device. whenever I try to connect to steam, my screen turns white for a while than the game is reset. any advices??

            If you are currently having these kinds of connection issues, please send in a Feedback ticket. Be sure to include your gamer tag, PSN, or Steam account name. We do NOT want your password. Also, let us know if you can login to the console game currently and what platform you play on.

                Hi,

                Hope this is the right place to post this..

                I haven't received any cards from the 2nd rivals clash. I was sitting in about position 2300 when I logged out on Sunday.

                  After the event was over there is a claim reward period of a couple days. You have to come back and claim your cards to receive them. The claim period is over now so you will not be able to get the cards.

                    Wow, seriously I could cry, 3 or 4 days of my life grinding this for nothing.. I actually feel queasy now.

                        When I try to play this on my kindle it says that it needs to be updated asks me if I want to do so. When I click on yes it sends me to app store and inly gives me the option to open the app which takes me back to he same place in the app telling me it needs to be updated.

                        I have tried to unimstall but then it cannot find in the app store. I re-install from the cloud but it leaves me in the same place

                          So much for luck of the Irish... If it wasn't for bad luck i'd have no luck at all.

                          I've already wasted so many cards learning this game. Thought of wasting 4 days of my life is kind of unbearable mate. As such may I ask if there's any way I can get the rewards now?

                          For what it's worth this is my first time playing both Nba2k and this mobile version.

                          If you can help me out i'd really appreciate it and if you ever visit Northern Ireland you'll have a place to stay and endless pints of Guinness!!

                            I post this Weeks ago and no fix. I ask again. When will this Support Card Bug fixed ???
                            Look at Screen. Support complete useless.

                            First: For Def/Rebound and Game takes it for offence,lol
                            Second: Off+ATH to Team and Game takes it for DEF....
