      I just had 20,700 RP and bid 10,900 on a card. Now it shows my RP total at 6,400. That's some bad math, but doesn't seem to fit this bug. Where's the rest of my RP? I was hoping to have about 10,000 left over to bid on another UR... Guess I'll see what happens after the maintenance that just started.

          It seems that the stat charge and ability don't work at all in the season. Me and someone else both saw this behavior.
          Is it a know issue? Will it be fixed?

            Good morning.

            My game is keep crashing when i try to tap on the goal icon.

            tried already to send an email on the support service but got no answer.

            I'm not able to get the reward and is 2 days already.

            If can help I'm on android with a samsung s5.

            Hoping to have info soon.

              I have 3-4 psn accounts , I played nba2k16 with one and decided the name was the childish one so I changed my nba2k16 to a decent one.

              Now I downloaded the mynba2k16 to my iphone as well and played with the childish account for a while when I was playing with that and now that I am on the real one I can't seem to log of , on the iphone one it shows that nba2k16 is the real one but when I switch to right side to mobile team , its still the old one ,

              I logged off like a dozen times but automatically its there , I deleted the app and everything related and downloaded again but yet again its still there .

              What can I do ?

              TL;DR : Have X and Y psn accounts and nba2k16 accounts , logged in from phone app , cant change X to Y , no matter what it still shows Y when I want it to be X.

                    Both should be working in Seasons. What makes you say they are not?

                      Unfortunately, when a PSN account is logged into on a device, at the device level you cannot logout. It's a problem with the Sony login SDK and is a problem in all apps that use it, not just ours. The only solution to completely logout is to uninstall/reinstall. Then you can login to a different PSN account.

                        Are you by chance on the Italian version? There was a crash related to the Italian string that was fixed a couple days ago on the server. Just wait for the DLC (little download arrow in the bottom right) to complete, then you can open your Goals without crashing.

                          Is this new? I never had a problem in 2k15. However, in 2k15, I did have to logout twice for it to take.

                          Unrelated, but on both my Android devices, I get the download arrow on the title screen every time I open the app. Is this a known bug?

                            Hi Danan yes I'm on the italian version... btw all solved saturday. Not crashing and everything is going smooth thank u for the answer... and rly good job on 2k16

                              The PSN thing is new this year because of the most recent Sony SDK used in the new app.

                              For the reoccurring downloading problem, we are looking into this still. I get the issue myself on my iPad. The short term fix is to let it complete, then go into Options and tap Remove DLC. Then on the start screen let it complete again. After that it should stop forcing you to redownload.
