    I completed the mobile preseason and then a week later my VC goal went away and came back after downloading an update and now the preseason is back but cannot be completed since jumping into a season puts me in a full 82 game season. Pretty stressful.

      So as know, once a player enters a new tier in mynba2k16, they obtain a card of that rarity on the first draft board reset.
      I just entered playoff tier(playoff+ to be exact) and have reset the board now THREE TIMES and HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PLAYOFF TIER CARD! Obviously im. incredibly upset and wondering what happened... please help me or explain what is going on.

        #MyNBA2K16 We found the bug with PO freebies and working on a fix. Server main will be announced later when we are ready to post the fix.

            The Goal "Whisper 5 times to someone without being blocked" seems not working. I whispered to people but the goal cannot be achieved.

            I did it before and it worked ok, but probably starting from last week, it did not work.

            Pls fix.

                Lost 2 of my cards that were up for auction...



                After the recent maintenance I logged on and checked my auctions. It still says I have 3/10 auctions up, but only 1 is showing. I know the auction is timed out by now but they're still not showing up in "My Auctions" or "Auction Outcomes". 1 of the cards is an Ultra Rare Iguodala with a "+" on defense, the other card was also an Ultra Rare but I forgot who he was...

                I know it's not much of a loss but still, that's a good couple thousand RP if they sell. And I'm kinda worried about putting any new cards up for auction.

                I'm on an ipod touch running IOS 9.2. I tried installing the app an ipad mini, but it's still showing the same thing. Any ideas?

                    So I'm playing BTC and I ended a round without any lose, but I wasn't first. One of my cards was slammed obviously but the best player, but then I got three other good cards slammed with no reason, because I didn't lose any game in this round. What happend? Another bug?

                      I've been emailing feedback since 4/26 about credits I lost when the servers went down. That was two weeks ago and all I received was one email saying they saw I got the credits... I know I got the credits but I lost them when the servers went down. I'm guessing the last server backup may have been before I received my credits. It's now been over 2 weeks and nothing.

                        Can't log in to the game for about an hour now. PSN login works fine, but logging in to the 2K server fails. Any maintenance going on right now?

                        Also, the VC goal "Where do I go?" or whatever it is called in english... the one where you have to win 50 quick games with every player on a wrong position haven't been working properly for a few weeks now. I place every player in the wrong position, win the game and... nothing. The counter doesn't increase.

                        EDIT: And while I am at it: I have never been able to read the announcements in the app. Since day one. All I see is the picture, but the text box is always empty. I'm using a Galaxy S5 Mini, Android Version 4.4.2

                          I just pulled the last card off my draftboard and it was an uncommon. First card off the next board was a rare and didn't reset the board.

                          Also, since this last event started I've only pulled 1 epic and less than a handfull of URs playing at PO+ tier of my 25 card deck and PO++ tier of my QG deck (I currently have 819 points). I also basically stopped pulling PO and Star abilities.

                          Did the pull rates change without any announcement?

                            Nothing announced other than NWGamedad saying no draft rates were changed for regular cards (abilities were changed a few weeks back... you may need to make sure DLC was applied to your app, or even uninstall/reinstall to see if it fixes it).

                            Definitely send in a Feedback e-mail through app so CD support can check everything.

                              My team chat and team event scores are broken, all our team members have the same issues.
                              Recent chat messages are not there and I can only see few people scores in team event (the sum of the points is not correct)

                                In quick sell, if you sell a card with more than a copy, your card will disappear and you will have to sort some other way to let the card reappear again.
                                Classic example: you'll quick sell a rookie contract, the card will disappear even if you have 20 more copies and you will have to sort the card with rare filter to sell another one, if you try to quick sell it again the card will again disappear and you will have to set the filter to none to do it again
