        We have your ticket and have been investigating it. It's an unusual case. Another day or 2 and we'll have a response.

          I just looked for your mail and the problem was your message got stripped out of the body of the e-mail and placed in an attachment. Our auto-scrubber for "blank" e-mails filed it appropriately. :-) I just sent your mail to our guy now though so you should get a response shortly. Sorry about that!

                I have a HTC one X phone, been playing this game for a lil while now but since the last update that came AFTER the big one (the one that changed the overall card count from 100 to 120) my phone shuts itself off during the training. And I do mean completely shuts off. Does this happen to anyone else? I asked a friend that works for Verizon, he said it may have a virus and the phone shuts off to prevent further damage. So #1 has this happened to anybody else and #2 was there actually an update AFTER the big one (100 cards to 120) hit me up on Twitter @horacekelley or here. I also have some great ideas for this app.

                  That is a really strange behavior. We haven't seen reports of that before. The only thing inside the game it might be is memory related. The larger card list does require more memory. If you have a lot running you might run into a problem. Although it should not shutdown your whole phone. I would have just expected the app to crash. I would try closing any other apps (not just sleep but close them so they are out of memory) and see if it still occurs. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!

                    It is shutting down your phone due to the other apps you are running in your background. Think domino effect.

                          Hello, currently playing in the season I've won 2 times against a player but he never get the loss, we get a win each other, so I don't really know if it's a bug or if the player is cheating, does anyone already got this problem and can it be fixed ?

                            It's a pretty common bug. Though, most times the winning team gets a loss. Had it happen 2 or 3 times in my last season.

                              ok thanks for the answer, and does this bug continue in playoff ? because it doesn't really matter in the season but losing playoff and a good card because of that is an other thing...

                                When I first started this game I didn't know what I was doing and trained my Z-bo and Iggy wrong. Is there a way you guys can give me back the 2 guys both untrained?
