    Man this company pisses me off I haven't got my loyalty cards yet I was top tier way before September 8. I emailed this stupid company and no response yet for almost two weeks now. I hope this app crumbles seems like this company don't care about anyone I am sure glad I didn't buy the stupid game.

      Well you said it yourself, you logged in with 2 accounts on '14. On '15 you're logging in with only 1 account. Logout completely on MyNBA2K15, and login with only the one account that has your 5 Loyalty Cards. Make sure Game Center isn't auto-logging you in (i.e. make sure you have a check mark next to only the account you want logged in with).

        Have you tried cold booting your phone? It sounds like you're running out of memory on the training screen when it loads all 93 cards. A cold boot will wipe any other apps you may have open so your phone has enough memory.

          Not sure if it's a bug or what but I am signed in to the app with my PSN credentials but my 11,000+ VC is not being sent to my console version of the game. Also when I click on my team in the app it doesn't show any of my my team stuff.

            the vc lottery only resets when i claim my prize.
            so i cannot hold 3 cards and wait another 24h..

                Same here. I had six cards, 3 on hold and 3 to claim, I claimed my rookie card and ever since then My timer never reset.

                  I have two Patrick Patterson Rare cards. Both are maxed out and ready to be made into a pro. They are the exact same card (one with one slot and one with three) and they show up in the combinable sort with the combine button available and not grayed out. However, I can't combine them. The game just won't let me do it. Is this a known issue?

                  Obviously I'd prefer to combine them instead of burning them on leveling up some other rare cards to combo. (Especially if that combo didn't work either) Would appreciate some feedback as I'm currently just staring at them in my card list not able to do what I'd like to do.

                    I tried all the methods that have been presented in your forums.

                    1. I had a mynba2k14 account and I had it synced with my PSN account. I managed to get thousands of wins and moved up to work on those rewards that were offered up. Because I have an android device; it once logged me in using the gmail account, but I never played a game on that account. I would always unclick it when the log in page showed up. I just kept using my PSN account.

                    2. I downloaded the app mynba2k15 the day after it came out. I logged in using my PSN account and it synced with my PS3. I was even able to get my VC. The only problem, NO LOYALTY REWARDS. My godson then wanted to log on because the IOS app had not yet been released. He logged on using my android tablet and his account became married to my PSN account. He received his loyalty rewards and began playing. I honestly thought he had stolen my rewards, but we were both in the same tier on mynba2k14. He has kept playing that same account because he got everything he needed. The issue of it being married to my PSN account ended when you dropped the fix on the 16th.

                    3. As for me, now when I log on with my gmail account, which I don't use, my godson's account show's up. So does mine by the way. I am just wondering, why does the same account show with different login information? And why still no rewards for the great NaLeDgE. I have played over 1300 games on the new app and wish to see my hard work rewarded. I hope there is a fix for this. Keep me updated.

                      I am in a similar boat with NaLeDgE.

                      1. I played mynba2k14 (android) with a 2k sports login (Tsaga2010). I also connected this to my ps4 and NBA 2k14. I also created a google+ account to use whenever 2k sports login was down so I could still play the app for fun.

                      2. I downloaded the mynba2k15 (android) the day it came out. I read about the bug with 2k sports so I logged in with my google+ account and created a new username (zuarog) that way I could still learn the new changes and get ready to play when the bug is fixed and I get my loyalty cards.

                      3. I start playing nba 2k15 on my ps4 and and logging in with "PSN" so I could do the daily VC.

                      4. I have the same issue as NaLeDgE where my PSN account is tied to my google+ account. I have uninstalled the game, cleared my phone data, and made sure only "PSN" Nba 2K15 is "checked" but my google+ account will always show up for myteam mobile. Since my two accounts are tied I cannot create a new myteam mobile with the previous username to see if I can get my loyalty cards. I have no way of deleting my previous myteam mobile user either. Any help is appreciated.

                      Guessing I should email feedback?

                        In 2k15, I tried to combine the two full level SR cards (S. Dalembert) but failed. Nothing happened.

                            It showed a blank combined card, but after that, it is not combined in my deck
                            I can combine other cards, just not this one

                              I've done this numerous times, trying to log in with just my Google account, but I still never received the loyalty cards

                                all of my cards and history got deleted. I had played a few hundred games and had some decent cards but now the login screen just says hey want to start playing? chose your favorite team etc. I would like to get my cards back.
