    I beg to differ. It may have some bugs, but we certainly address them. As for this situation, make sure you are loggin into both app and console with the same account. In app look in your Myteam to make sure it is showing the correct stats for your guy. If you are 100% sure you're logged in right with both, the send in a Feedback ticket wi th details on the items that are no transferring and we can investigate.

      Just keep trying, the Google login on Google's side has been funky the last few days. It is not just the Amazon build.

        I'm on iOS and have tried to combine two maxed out Kelly Olynyk cards to turn them into pro versions and they act as if they are combining but sit there as a glowing white card when the process completes.

          Did that several times. I even reinstalled the game and tried it. Same problem. I cant even start from begining - after i chose favorite team it shows me my empty starter pack and crashes after i push "proceed". Cleared cache of the app - didnt help either. plz help fix it. im desperate. thanks in advance.

          p.s. I can help you with any number of screenshots of game state. Just contact me if u need it.

            We need to look up your account. If you can get to the title screen with options without crashing, send in a Feedback ticket so we can find your account. Your account sounds like it is in an odd state. If you can't get to options, then send me pm here with your player name in game. Hopefully it is unique enough we can find you.

                        I can't hold cards for the Daily VC. The timer doesn't reset after I've picked 3 cards. I'm using iOS 8.1. Is there a fix to this issue?

                          Hi everyone, I'm new at forum and I have a big problem with the bonus diary vc. I can't keep any card because I have only 3 picks per day. I've tried to reboot the apk but doesn't work. Can anybody help me please¿? Thanks

                              Should be working now. I had the same problem but after yesterdays server maintenance it's working perfectly.

                                A couple of updates on two of the major bugs people have been reporting.


                                1. The Daily VC Bonus being "stuck" or not being able to "hold" cards. This was fixed during last night's server maintenance. If you had less than the correct number of picks we gave you extra ones to "catch up". There is a client update needed on iOS to completely prevent you from getting into the broken state again, but just wait 24 hours for the timer to count down and it will automatically fix you again until that client is out.


                                2. Android users with the "black screen with white text" bug. The Google update is out now that fixes this issue. Go grab the new update!
