        When I finish a quick game, 0 picks remaining. This has been a problem since the last 4 days and I got 0 cards (including the energy card) from quick game. RTTC worked well. Please help, thanks.

          We've been through 3 RTTC events and our cards still get stuck until the next event starts. Works fine in supercard, why can't they just fix this **** already?

              A BIG THANK YOU to CD's Support Team. They actually restored my Star Kyle Lowry! It took them three weeks, but hey, who cares? Lowry is back in "da house"!

                    Got an e-mail from a Jonathan at Catdaddy saying he restored my card. Only took a month of submitting daily tickets with no responses to finally get a response but now that I got the card back I kind of want to delete it out of spite.

                      Yepp, it was Jonathan. He wrote:

                        How can you get a locked account unlocked? My Game locked me out when I was trying to save all of my picks, Once I tried to open the game again it said I was locked. I was grinding for rivals clash.

                            I'm having a problem with accessing the same account from multiple devices. I have an Android phone and an Apple tablet. When I try to log on with the same credentials on my phone, it brings me to a new account. Does anyone have any info?

                              Just wanted to give an update on my issue. I lost about $25 in coins on the Auction House. I talked to support several times over email. (I sent in a ticket on each category in inapp feedback, every day until someone answered, it took 2weeks). Their reply was basically, "Sorry, but we aren't gonna do anything" Here is our last conversation.

                              So are you telling me that I paid $25 to get in game currency, and your game "glitched" and ate all my money and you will do nothing about it? You can at least verify that a few weeks ago I made a purchase for 2500 coins. And if you can track auction house deals, you can see that I only ever purchased one Epic card. I should have a lot more coins than I do.... I am very disappointed that you are telling me my actual green dollars are just lost and you will do nothing about it. Is there not any compensation that can be made available?

                              Unfortunately, we are unable to verify any transactions made on the auction house and therefore we can't provide any refund or compensation concerning this occurrence.

                              I deeply apologize for not being able to help you. Nevertheless, our development team is aware of the issue and they are currently working toward a solution. Unfortunately, we do not have visibility on their progress here in customer support, and so we don't have a timeline for a fix to be implemented.

                                CDogg, I had an issue kinda similar to this but CD said that they had absolutely no control over accounts. They keep making stuff up.
