Ugh. Yet again I didn't even make the playoffs. Seasons have become pointless for me.Comment

I can't wait for 2K15, hopefully the matchmaking will be fixed for that version.MyNBA2K15 Info:

Re: Season Discussion Thread
Why not assign everyone a status depending on the strength of their deck, from rookie to legend or something similar, then assign players to a season made of people in their grouping. You could then tailor the rewards for the grouping so no one is wasting their time.

Re: Season Discussion Thread
I honestly don't think people would care as much about season matchmaking if the rewards didn't suck

Re: Season Discussion Thread
On another note, I personally think tiered seasons would be much better, with different prizes depending on what season you join.Comment

The main problem with tiered seasons with different prizes is that it clearly supports a "rich gets richer" format.MyNBA2K15 Info:

Re: Season Discussion Thread
For the record I don't really support upping the rewards on seasons, at least not very much, that last post was just showing how extreme the rewards would have to be if they didn't fix matchmaking at all.

I guess that's a fair point.Last edited by United; 04-02-2014, 03:55 PM.Comment

Re: Season Discussion Thread
New to this forum and I got a quick question (didn't know to post in here or in the ratings/stats thread)
In season mode should I play cards that I'm lacking help in? Like my offense? Or just play the highest rated ones?
I got a couple +20 mental game(rare) -12 offense opponent (R) 2 -12 mental game (R) and a couple more rares of those
On a side note getting energy last night I got 3 rares in matchmaking while getting energy ! Ray Allen (heat) JJ Hickson (denver) and C Parsons. First too will help me out... Also got Demar Derozen , Gordon Hayward, Jose, Caldaron...Tobias Harris, Buck Williams...lol.... And Marcus Thorton
So that's a plus even tho only 4 or 5 of those are worth anything to me. Also got my first epic in matchmaking about a week ago, James Harden.... But that's my strongest lineup only winning 2 seasons coming in 2nd once and 3rd once.... No $Comment
