What about improved drop rates for android? Are those in place or are we waiting for the "client"? I haven't seen anything different; still took over 2k picks for an Epic and still on my 20k+ drought for a Legendary. Not asking for a drop rate reveal, just wondering if android users are getting hosed while the Apple users enjoy their new Epics...

He said via twitter that drop rates are not separate per platforms... but all im seeing are users on ios getting the increased rates and androids aren't getting anything...

The drop rate for Android and iOS are not different. Drop rates are not dependent on the client at all. It is still random and you're simply experiencing some poor luck.


The way the changes in draft board drop rates were done you will continue to see the same rate of Energy to Rare+ card rates as before. However, when a Rare+ card is pulled the chances of it being better than a Rare are quite a bit higher.

I pulled an Epic David West mid season. I've played a fairly high number of games though. Cleared about 50-70 boards today.

The draft board drop rate is not tied to the Card Pack drop rates at all. However, per the build notes we did increase the drop rates of the Team, Player, and Division Card Packs. 6 Player and Division Card Packs have a better chance at dropping an Epic than Team and 1 Player Card Packs.

i still dont have any pictures of players but i already have 120 slots, last night it was 100 and have pictures

Just when I was thinking Android didn't get the improved drop rates... I pulled back to back epics!!! My first ever drafted, and the best part is.. They were both the same!

When will the previous Rivals Card get updated to Version 2? You know the cards people played 10 hours a day on a mobile game to get them that are completely useless now?
The rest of the upgrade is actually great and a new Challenge that i welcome.
I just dont understand why CD would be stubborn to not upgrade 6 cards for the communities sake. I assume V2 wont beat most Legendary Pros anyway but Michael FCKING Jordan should be the best Rivals card. Also you said its based on the Console game, i am pretty sure without checking that MJ is better than both V2 Cards.

If the cards we have now don't get carried over to mynba2k15 I'll be very pissed.
Considering the money some have spent it would be be if it started off as a clean slate again.

Considering this patch is sort of like a "restart" button, i don't think money spent matters too much to CD... its all about future revenue for them and if in their opinion a clean slate = more future revenue, it'll be a clean slate. If they think another restart button would result in more revenue than another tier will be added instead.
