Hey NWGD, will match ups be significantly better in the new app? I can't use a full strength card in Rivals due to unbelievably terrible match ups and besides, the 3/2 lineup is getting boring to use now.

The 3/2 line up can be played but you're only hurting yourself since it will lower your Tier Deck Rating. Meaning you'll be on a lower tier reward draft board than if you played your highest cards. Certainly something you can choose to do, but you're losing out on card opportunities.


As for RC match ups, I haven't seen any problems with the matching. If you're expecting to win every +5 match up you encounter then you'll be disappointed. Those match ups are intended to be tougher. By choosing +5's you're taking a risk for a great reward.

So are you saying that draft boards are tiered? So if you play your best lineup, you are picking from a draft board that would potentially have better players on it? That is an interesting concept. Not one that I would have ever considered. Might explain why I have only been pulling rares in Rivals Clash lately.

But just to make sure you get what im saying, if someone has clearly better stats they should win the game right? I understand that you are going to add new factors, but please don't let these, for lack of a better phrase, B.S. losses happen anymore.


Also, I'm not sure if you've been made aware of this site, but you should consider checking out hoops nation. It has a huge 2k myteam console thread, and a 2k mobile app thread. Couldn't hurt to sign up and encourage people to play the app over there.

For MyNBA2K15, the draft board is tiered. Check out WWE SuperCard to see what I mean. This is not in MyNBA2K14, so if you're pulling Rare cards right now that is just luck.

The Season game mechanic will be different. You will see how the Season games play out like in WWE SuperCard. It is not the same mechanic as SuperCard though. We have something that makes more sense for basketball. It will still allow upsets to happen though. A system that gave you a guaranteed win because you had the better card would be boring. There has to be some risk, and a chance that the underdog can win. Just like in real games.
