I think I am having log in issues. I received my loyalty cards but now I can't log in to receive VC daily. Sometimes I get the checkmark that my PSN is logged in but when I click on the NBA 2k15 part of the app says I need to log in to access. When I try this I get the exclaimation point, and I assume that means the log in failed. Is this part of the hot fix that is being worked on? Or do I need to do something else?

Hey NWGameDad,

My mate logged into my android device (as iOS wasn't out yet) to get his daily bonus to start his career and it's now linked his account with mine so he cannot play myteammobile and he takes my VC rewards?

Can you unlink these accounts server side?

I have lodged a support ticket in the application.

Q: How exactly do Season Games play out?

In a Season Game, each team has 10 active players used in the game. The 5 players on the bench are never used and just gain energy from resting on the bench.A Season Game consists of 4 quarters.One event happens per quarter.The event is then played by 2 of your players.
Your players are laid out by position, a Starter and a Back Up in each position. The AI will use Starters first in an event.Once a Starter has been used, it cannot be used again until their Back Up has been used in an event. Effectively they swap places after each use (in your UI though they will not switch positions).When the AI selects players to use in an event it chooses the 2 best players from the 5 “front” players.
The winner of each quarter is determined by how many points are scored by your 2 players. The team with the highest score at the end of all 4 quarters wins the game

If this is the case, why do I have games where my one of my Ultra Rares isn't used at all? They are superior to all other cards I use in my 10 active spots, and are starters as well. I have a game where Boris Diaw isn't used and his backup Chris Andersen (my 5th best player overall) isn't used either. Wouldn't one of the two players always constitute as a "front" player?

Why not just upgrade your iOS device. iOS 5 is pretty old.

I think it's a new addition in that you cannot sub in anymore. I don't mind it to be honest.

You can sign in with that account across multiple devices and use the same deck of cards. The cards/accounts are all stored server side.

Something little with the daily vc bonus. I have three of the same items (300 vc, 5 credits) in the box. It says my prize is double that, cause they are all the same, but I can't claim it. I've already claimed one today. Can you only claim one prize per day, or is this a bug?

MyNBA2K15 - FAQ

So I played this to pass my time to get the XBOX 360 version of 2K15, and I played a lot and had 4,000 VC earned before playing 2K15 on my Xbox, I signed in myNBA2K15 using Xbox Live, and I started to play 2K15 on my 360 today, but none of that 4,000 VC showed up.

Why did I not get my in-app earned VC when I started to play 2K15 today?

Platforms: iOS 7.1.2 (iPhone) and XBOX 360.

Yeah, you can only claim one prize per day. Each time, the three cards you don't use will be waiting for when you play the next day.
