A week ago some of my cards disappeared from the collection, namely 7 Ultra Rares including ladder rewards MJ. Is there an actual customer support service that can help resolve this issue? I tried to reach out to 2k support but my request has been ignored for a week already.

Send in an Feedback ticket by going to the Title Screen, tap Options (the little gear), and Feedback. That will send us a mail with a bunch of info, add in details of what you lost and we can investigate.NWGameDad

NWGameDad, I sent a ticket request over a month ago, and resent it two weeks ago. Does customer support even exist? Don't intend to be mean but followup is extremely lacking.Comment

I accidentally trained my UR pro during this RC grinding...Normally I wouldn't care but it's the only point guard pro I have for the upcoming seasonComment

Yeah I trained away a leg and send them an email through the app. It was returned in about a week. The email they sent me said they would only do it once for me, so you may want to hold off on asking for a UR back. I don't know if other people have experienced the same warning.Comment

I put my sorting into "newest" instead of "rating" to lessen the scrolling down but I ended up training my freshly combine UR pro. SMHComment

same thing happened to me, accidentally trained away my 3-slot Star CP3, emailed them through the app, got my card back after a week, and warned me to be careful next time as they would do it for me only once. the thing is... they gave me a 2-slot Star CP3... well, better than not having it back...
and another thing, the card i lost was trained 38/45, they will give it back to you 0/45.Comment
