    Is there support for MyTeam Mobile

    Hello,

    A week ago some of my cards disappeared from the collection, namely 7 Ultra Rares including ladder rewards MJ. Is there an actual customer support service that can help resolve this issue? I tried to reach out to 2k support but my request has been ignored for a week already.

    try emailing support from in the app.

      Send in an Feedback ticket by going to the Title Screen, tap Options (the little gear), and Feedback. That will send us a mail with a bunch of info, add in details of what you lost and we can investigate.

        NWGameDad, I sent a ticket request over a month ago, and resent it two weeks ago. Does customer support even exist? Don't intend to be mean but followup is extremely lacking.

          Do you mean sportsfeedbacknba2k15? If so, I've sent you an email. I couldn't find an option to send feedback directly from the app.

            Is there an equal chance of getting a card superare in the category superare ++ and in the category ultrarare?

              Does anybody ever get their problem resolved through feedback?
              I accidentally trained my UR pro during this RC grinding...Normally I wouldn't care but it's the only point guard pro I have for the upcoming season

                Yeah I trained away a leg and send them an email through the app. It was returned in about a week. The email they sent me said they would only do it once for me, so you may want to hold off on asking for a UR back. I don't know if other people have experienced the same warning.

                  Thanks for your info, I guess I'll take the lost in case I do the same mistake on the higher tier.

                  I put my sorting into "newest" instead of "rating" to lessen the scrolling down but I ended up training my freshly combine UR pro. SMH

                    same thing happened to me, accidentally trained away my 3-slot Star CP3, emailed them through the app, got my card back after a week, and warned me to be careful next time as they would do it for me only once. the thing is... they gave me a 2-slot Star CP3... well, better than not having it back...

                    and another thing, the card i lost was trained 38/45, they will give it back to you 0/45.

                      I experienced divers things through feedback but always at least got an answer... I may take 3 to 4 working days though...
