          Re: Tracking your Counter Resets

After 253 boards in Leg ++ I finally got an epic. At least for me the drop chance of epics is a catastrophe.

But maybe I should add that that epic was the best possible I could get. I had a weakness on SG, and I got Eric Bledsoe which is a dupe. Now I can run my backcourt with Bledsoe and Dragic and I'll change my team to the Suns to honor that. ;-)

101 boards in leg+ and no reset yet, drafted 3 epics though. I really want this reset to be a Blazers player! My leg freebie was KD.

and right now I can honestly say that I'm super addicted to this game

                    120. As far as I know there's no indication that the pluses do make a difference.

Was it ever confirmed if you switch tiers that the board reset number was also reset back to 0?
So if I play around with my QG LU and go from star yo legs++, are my boards reset in star tier?

Or do I actually have to play a game with the leg++ LU?

Or do I need to make actually make a pick in the leg++ board for a reset on my star counter?

                      Sorry about the bulk questions

There's still a lot of speculation about this, but the generally accepted theory is this:

The reset counts. So if you're in legendary and have accumulated 200 board resets, your next legendary reset should be at ~220. If you went down to epic, you'd have already reached your reset counter (which would be at 120), so your next clear board in epic will result in that very reset = an epic card.

Not speculation nwgamedad has said that how it works, your counter increases until you draft a card that is the highest in that tier, so switch how you want between the tiers but if you switch down chances are you get that tiers highest card all all work has been for nothing, resulting in counter back to 0

So it's not tier specific board counter, rather it's on general one for all boards?
So if I have 250 clears in star and drop to epic++ which is around 120, the first board clear gives me an epic?

That is correct. At least that is how it's been worked out in CDs other card game that uses the same system for drops. I believe even the reset counters are the same, makes it easy to keep track haha.

                                Man, check these stats out:
Started at Legendary but worked my way to leg++.
                                Boards cleared: 152
                                Total played games: 1041
                                Rare, boosts, enhancements: 134
                                Super Rare: 5
                                Ultra Rare: 9
                                Epic: 4
                                Legendary: 0

Do you guys think that my reset is very far away? I really want the reset before RC starts but have limited time today because of work =(
