I literally stopped reading after the first paragraph. I'm not begrudging them for trying to make money, I'm hoping they figure out that they can make more money, while still managing to make their consumers happy. Right now, they can't seem to get out of their own way. It's a train wreck.

You should read the rest then. I nearly stopped myself as the first paragraph rankled me because that is not what I am saying but then the rest of his post is very good and I agree with the bulk of it.

My worry though is that RC won't be better it will be worse, we just don't know what changes CD are putting in place. Same as our excitement over earning credits in seasons, that quickly soured everything when we saw it in play.

So I reserve judgement on any RC changes until they are full communicated and we see what they are actually doing.

Okay, I went back and read it over. You're right, after that first paragraph it did make sense and I agreed with the majority of it.

I just have a hard time understanding how they lack the ability to see that the best way to make money is to get the consumer involved.

Yeah, I guess it COULD all turn into something horrible, but I've been asking for a shorter RC since last year's Jordan RC (after which I felt like death), so I'm 100% for it, so far.

The new RC rewards are insane at high levels compare to RTTC. I think RTTC should reward HOF dupe and take that away from RTC! That way top 100 get the same reward which is more like the Christmas RC.

I second that.

RTTC is nice (at least for the first time), AH is okay. Auctions have gained a lot of drama & suspense now that the buy-it-now option is practically gone. I can totally live with that.

Season rewards - at least in star season - have dramatically devaluated seasons. Seasons were my favorite game mode before, but now my interest is rather low. I'd suggest some meaningful incentive to try to win it all instead of tanking the quarter finals. Add a second star card or maybe a nice enhancement. But 400 credits are next to nothing for folks who already pay for the game.

Season rewards - at least in star season - have dramatically devaluated seasons. Seasons were my favourite game mode before, but now my interest is rather low. Yep, I've already made this suggestion - 'bout enhancements.
For example I'd like that way:
Star Season
1 Place: Star + Leg Ench + 400 Creds
2 Place: Star + Epic Ench + 200 Creds
3-4 Place : Star + 100 Creds

And I'd like to suggest to make leg ench untradable to make seasons competitive once again.

QF: Random Star
SF: Free Agency - Whom will you go after? Pick your position and get a Random Star for that position
F: Free Agency - Name three cards you want to go after and get one of them
W: Pick your Star

The Draft Boards are not separate. They have a shared counter between the two. So playing in RttC at a lower tier level will reset your counter when you pull a card equal to that tier.

So, is it possible to draw a card at the QG (higher tier) level when drawing cards after an RttC match?

Simply close the app after the game, play a Quick Game and draft in the highest level you can

So I don't come to this board often, and this is the first I've heard of the changes to the season rewards. Which is fine and all, do what you want, except there's no way it should have applied to seasons that were already started and promised the old rewards. I'm about to win my first-ever season (I hope), and I probably wouldn't have tried so hard had I known I was no longer going to get what I signed up for...
