People don't have the restraint for that. Which is unfortunate because merely a little restraint would change so much.

I guess that is the biggest issue, it would be so easy. Just stop buying credits, hot streaks and stuff like that.

I am totally fine with trying to generate more and more money out of it. That is the business, and everybody wants to earn some money for their work. I am okay with that, but as I said, there needs to be a balance.

I just started the game in February, moved up a few tiers and participate in a few RC. So far my progress was fine, finally I´ve got the chance to participate in a Epic season, so far 35-0.
They guaranteed me when I started the season that I will get a Legend and a Epic (which still helps me a lot) and now? I get stupid 100 Credits.
That is a bad joke, you can't change basic stuff in a game without letting us know that upfront.

There are a lot of guys how take their profit out of all the seasons they played so far and we know have to live with stupid credits? If they just add them for lower and lowered the rewards for the star tiers a bit, I would fully agree.
But even then, you should communicate that way more than CD is doing it.

To be honest, that is the worst policy I ever saw. In my opinion they don´t give anything on the feedback we gave.
If you have to pay to proceed faster, okay. But pay2win is the worst development ever.

Maybe we have to sleep all one night over it, but somehow the update seemed promising, but what is left right now is just a big disappointment. If the community can live with it, fine. But then don´t complain.

In my opinion we should really think about setting a statement. All the statements from CD looks to me like they try to fool us.

I'm not going to make changes based on feedback after the first hour, no. We will look at the data and feedback from the next several days/weeks and adjust accordingly as we have always done. We just turned on the new features and changes. We're not going to knee jerk react. If we didn't believe in the changes we wouldn't have made them.

Basically what CD is saying if their profits take a dip, then they'll consider changes. Seriously. Not even joking.

After the update some cards look like this. I reinstalled the app and there is no DLC downloading at the main screen (that arrow at the bottom left corner). Any solutions?

The point you're missing is that turning anything into an MVP requires SOMEBODY to pay for it. Whether I bought credit packs or sold cards, those credits didn't magically appear. They were bought by someone. Not only that, but once I buy an MVP pack, those credits are now gone. I can never recoup them because I can never sell that card.

The logic is sound even without MVPs in the equation, its too easy to spiral into a truck via seasons. I've done it in Leg, and given time would easily have done it in star.

As for buying MVPs, Star truck players sell their season rewards (x3 in the old system) to pay for MVPs? So sure, someone else is buying your Star singles which gives you credits to buy MVPs, but the person below you buying your star single may be doing so because they sold their Epics and Legs, not necessarily actually money spent.

Anyway, don't complain to me about it, tell CD. I'm just stating obvious truths, seasons are too easy for some, in all tiers, and that leads to too many rewards handed out which leads to easier path to spiral without paying - all things CD probably don't want?

I have no desire to play this game anymore because of the new season rewards and auction house BIN. I will check this board periodically hoping the correct changes have been made, but who am I kidding...

CD is the worst company I've ever come across.

One additional thing what I just read - the draft board resets are related to the tier you play in the RTTC.
Is that a joke?

My QG LU is Legendary, as I just started the game. My RTTC LU is Epic+, if I would now play the RTTC it would reset my counter if I draft an Epic?

That is punishing new players, we won't be able to have 25 super strong cards. And storing picks is not possible without restarting the app every time.

That's the last straw!

Wow, I knew you were down a tier... I didn't know about possibly reseting in a lower tier. That would be a major joke...

Okay so let me get this straight... I am playing hard to win my season to get a star and a legendary. Just before the start of the finals (which I am winning) the rewards are changed and now I only get a star and 150 lousy credits??? That sucks big-time!

Whether you get the credits from someone who purchased them themselves or whether they have gone through 10 people, the fact remains: the credits were purchased somewhere. In fact, the more times they are transferred, the better for CD, as they get a percentage of each transaction. Now, if it was reasonable, people would actually buy and resell cards, keeping the floor high. That obviously can't happen with these prices and a 30% tax. Either way, every MVP pack is bought with credits that were purchased. Therefore, you WANT people to actually buy and sell to get to that point.

I am officially a free player. I will not spend another dime on this game until changes are made. I'm not saying I won't play at all, but I see no point to playing seasons anymore and I'm not purchasing credits for hot streaks for RC any more (I have every RC Star card). I will try RttC and I'll play QG a little bit, but CD has pushed me to the point where I am no longer willing to spend a dime.

Lol, thats arguing that its fine for trucks to keep being trucks without spending actual money themselves and pass the cost on to lower level players. Nice.

Like i said, i was a paying player but since seasons were so easy i stopped. They probably don't like that regardless of how you justify who bares the cost of credits.
