Guess the biggest problem is really the communication. To many drastically changes in the gameplay is not what you want. But we did a lot of complaining, at least CD knows our opinion on that.

This post by you is making me feel like my options are to continue to play via the emulator and risk a false positive botting ban (My record is 1706 and 149 ... I'm not exactly blowing away the game count here), or risk a serious problem by playing on my phone while it's plugged in to charge (ranging from the phone dying to potential serious bodily injury) or be limited in how much I can play.

None of these are appealing.

Unbelievable. Playing on bluestacks this morning and entered the EXACT code asked for on the screen and it locks my account.

Well there is your answer if you were wondering what Danan was saying about bluestacks being glitchy and possibly risking a lock.

LOL, if they seen my poor white trash (semi funny movie) deck then they would know I'm legit

So far I've gotten the code 3 times. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for it other than I'm playing the app for an extended period of time. I think that CD should consider putting out a steam version of the app (after all, we can sign in via STEAM as I do, and the app is almost certainly made using Unity, which makes porting it to PC/Mac/Linux trivially easy).

I don't think I'm the only one who prefers not risking serious bodily harm {worst case} and bricking my $800 phone.

Since I want to use bluestacks from time to time to save my phone battery I would like to know what happens if you quit the app when that code window shows up. I don't want to be banned although entering the exact code...

^^^I don't know about quitting out but I've entered the correct code both times I got the popup. The best part is I've been one of the main advocates against cheating of which I had no idea how they were using scripts until the recent bluestacks thread since I started playing late last season.

I'm still in shock over this and have not heard back from them yet. I was going to win my second ever Leg season and earn my whopping third Star (one was a freebee).

That's pretty messed up, I hope you get your account back soon. Banning people that play fair and invest a lot of time in this game is the opposite of what anti-bot-measures should do. And since this game is so extremely time consuming CD should ensure that their measures don't hurt fair players who just don't want to screw up their phones (and their health).

Now I'm very unsure whether I should use bluestacks or not. But without bluestacks I can't play this game as much as I'd like to...

We do not ban you for using Bluestacks. We don't recommend it and it isn't supported so any bugs you encounter are at your own risk. We will not provide any support for playing on Bluestacks.

With that said, it is extremely difficult, if not downright impossible, to get yourself banned unless you're botting. I'm not trying to call anyone out, but we put a lot of effort to make sure that we would not get false positives when we ban for botting. The scenarios I have seen described here and on Twitter are not possible to get banned for. I will not go into more detail since that just helps the botters to attempt to get around our counter-measures.

If you think you were unfairly banned, then you can e-mail us a Feedback and we can talk about it privately. We are very confident in our system though.

Email sent and waiting for a response^^^.

Got a response that stated that they are aware of an issue with accounts being locked and are working on a solution with no mention of a ban.

Hope in this game is restored and with any luck in time for my playoffs!!!

Some of the excuses have been pretty hilarious though, people have shared a few screenshots of the conversations regarding bans on Twitter over on the other forum.

Anyway, I had it popup a fair bit initially but it seems to have dropped off now (although I am playing QG less and trying to finish RttC where it doesn't appear at all it seems).

It's a shame you guys didn't set this up months back but hey, better late than never right? Let's see what that next Rivals Clash leaderboard looks like

I really don't like the new reward system for seasons.
Before it was three star players if you win the season ( on star difficulty) not it is one star player and 400 credits. 400 credits. What a joke. 400 credits is nothing in this game. This has to change asap.

Also the rewards for the new RTTC need to be upgraded. There should be a chance to pro the award players. What good is a single Hakeem if any regular pro star card is better??

I don't have the time for RC events, never did those.
This is why I liked the idea of a new game
mode where it counts if had good players. Not if you have lots of free time at your hands.
This is why I am disappointed. The rewards for RTTC and RC should NOT mix!
