I think you are doing the right thing in not spending anymore if you are not satisfied with the product/service being given to you and feel deceived by their statements. I hope you can convince others to stop spending if they are equally unsatisfied. But it's really gonna be a hard sell to many who are ultra competetive and wants to have the best and win everytime. And that's what $D is counting on to keep this product profitable. You can still enjoy the game as a free player.

I'm having a hard time enjoying the game even as a pay player. They've made seasons irrelevant, they've given us a marketplace that's no fun at best and virtually unusable at worst, and they've jacked up prices for everything beyond the point of reason. I haven't spent much in the past month on it and that will probably continue. Give me a reason to spend and I will. Treat me like a cash grab and I'll take my money elsewhere. I don't know if anyone else feels that way or if it's just me, but I'm on my last straw with this game.

I've stopped spending money recently. Selling off all my single stars and everything else that's not needed and just started opening packs really. Thing is realistically speaking you could get 7,000 Credits in a week from 2 Star Seasons and if you win them seasons that's an extra 2,000 on top of that. Yes it's way better when it was 3 Stars tbh, think we all agreed on that. But it is what it is tho, many of us have chosen to just stop playing all together which I can't blame them as this is really time consuming.. I'd encourage people not to spend anymore than they already have on this game, it's not even worth it. I mean say someone has 10-15 HOF dupes/MVP dupes what would that justify? yeah you'll go into seasons guaranteed destroying everyone but the prize is still the same really, at the end of the day CD has got money hungry since this patch and frankly that's put me off so therefore I won't be spending anymore money on this game than I already have before the patch.

You are right they made season irrelevant which means I don't need to keep upgrading my line-up which results in no incentive to play/grind daily or in events.

AH needs a lot of changes/improvements but I have to admit it helped a lot with my progress. I think everyone can agree to this that their lineups became better (even if a little) because of AH.

The Jacking up of prices has been going on from the start 2500 credits for a card is already outrageous then came 5000 then 6500 then 10000 credit packs. The only reason they keep jacking up the prices is that every new pack they introduce at a higher price than before must have been selling well so they keep on testing the spending limit of the players and it seems like they haven't reached the limit yet as I see people still buying HOF packs. Even if most top tier players only used credits earned from AH. But the credits they earned must still come from cash purchases from newer players. The free credits they give out is just a fraction of the total credits already spent on AH.

I personally don't spend on these free games. The moment I am forced to spend will mean the game isn't fun anymore. Thankfully this game hasn't been like that for me. I do understand if people who want to spend on something they enjoy and they keep the game free for players like me. But if you are at a point that you feel like you are not enjoying or not getting your money's worth it's really time to stop spending. They will only acknowledge and fix the problems when their profits are slowly dropping day to day.
