    Account has been locked out for a month now

    My account has been locked out for a month now. After emails and emails to 2k, I keep getting the same generic answers that they are working on it and apologizing to me and to follow their twitter account for updates. I spent a good amount of money purchasing credits and am extremely pissed that I can't even get a straight answer from them. In fact I'm pretty sure I'm talking to a bot as some of the responds have been identical week in and week out. The part that pisses me off the most is that everytime they email me with "we're still working on it" they make me respond. If I don't they close out the ticket. Anyone have this issue? Not sure what it could have been from. Could it have been from trading?

        It's the calculator looking thing that pops up and tells you to enter a number after you play a bunch of games in a row

          never seen that but then again, I don't really play a lot of games in a row.

          my kid plays it sometimes maybe he messed with it but not sure why that would lock me out for a month

            It sounds like you are working with 2K Support instead of our Feedback team. 2K Support does not have the game tools they need to help you. Send in a Feedback and we can look into it.

            With that said, we ban accounts for breaking our EULA/TOS. Botting is a violation of our EULA/TOS. You can send us a Feedback (Options -> Feedback) and plead your case.

                not sure what that even means but i've always submitted my issue through the feedback system through the app. they are only good for emailing me a generic response saying they are working on the issue.

                  Do you use an emulator and/or macro recorder on a computer to play?

                  Emulators are an "at your own risk" thing, macro recorders get you banned.
                  Good traders on the forum: ocballer, thisguysabeast, hsan, SmartForce, KLCFM, SlightlySnaked, rjrayy, Disca92, Julius13, elite1216 and vbn.

                    I don't even know what that is so hopefully my son didn't. how do i find out if my account has a emulator or macro? BTW still no meaningful response from nba2k15 feedback support. All I get is a response that they are still working on the issue. I swear I never had such a bad and useless experience trying to get an answer from any support.

                      An emulator is just is a program on your computer that allows you to play phone games (or any video games from a different platform like NES, SNES, etc) on the computer.

                      A macro is a program that records your mouse clicks, which essentially lets your computer play the game for you.

                      The emulator most people use is Bluestacks. So check your computer to see if you have bluestacks. If so, that could be an issue if your son played it for you.

                        Emulators such as bluestacks have been approved my gamedad in one of the other threads as an approved way to play the game. It is not punishable.

                            Correct, but he also has said several times that it is not supported and to do it at your own risk (which seems to at least say there is a chance something can happen if you use it)

                              Not approved. We simply do not support emulation. Do we ban folks over it? Nah.
