Account has been locked out for a month now
My account has been locked out for a month now. After emails and emails to 2k, I keep getting the same generic answers that they are working on it and apologizing to me and to follow their twitter account for updates. I spent a good amount of money purchasing credits and am extremely pissed that I can't even get a straight answer from them. In fact I'm pretty sure I'm talking to a bot as some of the responds have been identical week in and week out. The part that pisses me off the most is that everytime they email me with "we're still working on it" they make me respond. If I don't they close out the ticket. Anyone have this issue? Not sure what it could have been from. Could it have been from trading?Tags: None -

my kid plays it sometimes maybe he messed with it but not sure why that would lock me out for a monthComment

It sounds like you are working with 2K Support instead of our Feedback team. 2K Support does not have the game tools they need to help you. Send in a Feedback and we can look into it.
With that said, we ban accounts for breaking our EULA/TOS. Botting is a violation of our EULA/TOS. You can send us a Feedback (Options -> Feedback) and plead your case.NWGameDad

It sounds like you are working with 2K Support instead of our Feedback team. 2K Support does not have the game tools they need to help you. Send in a Feedback and we can look into it.

Do you use an emulator and/or macro recorder on a computer to play?

I don't even know what that is so hopefully my son didn't. how do i find out if my account has a emulator or macro? BTW still no meaningful response from nba2k15 feedback support. All I get is a response that they are still working on the issue. I swear I never had such a bad and useless experience trying to get an answer from any support.Comment

A macro is a program that records your mouse clicks, which essentially lets your computer play the game for you.
The emulator most people use is Bluestacks. So check your computer to see if you have bluestacks. Emulators such as bluestacks have been approved my gamedad in one of the other threads as an approved way to play the game. It is not punishable.Comment
