We're pleased to announce MyNBA2K16 for iOS and Android devices. Slated to launch this Fall, MyNBA2K16 is a new companion app to NBA 2K16 that expands on the MyNBA2K experience with new features, new cards, and bigger events.
Like with last year’s MyNBA2K game, your progress in MyNBA2K15 will count towards a loyalty reward in MyNBA2K16. The strength of your loyalty reward will be based on the amount of The Greats, The Greats Pros, Playoffs, and Playoff Pro cards that you have in your MyCard Collection.
Rewards are split across stages. Each stage requires points to achieve. Every Playoff and Great card that you collect (and Pro!) has a point value attached to it. The more points you have, the stronger your tier.
We’ll give you more information about each tier’s rewards closer to the release of MyNBA2K16. You can keep track of your points and tier progress by looking at your MyCards Collection and referencing this image:
Here’s how to get to your MyCards Collection:
On September 8th, our servers will tally up your score. When MyNBA2K16 releases, you will need to log in with the exact same account you used for MyNBA2K15 to claim your loyalty reward.
We will continue to offer new events in MyNBA2K15 into Summer. Some of these events will have different structures in order to give increased opportunities to earn The Greats and Playoff cards. If you want more points, look no further than upcoming Road to the Championship and Rivals Clash events.
