Re: Where is my VC
Re: Where is my VC
I heard back from 2k and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Since it is an app problem.
This is one of the reasons included in the email that could be the issue(and most likely is):
"You need to play NBA 2K16 on your console. Then you can open your MyNBA 2K16 and start playing. If you play MyNBA 2K16 bevor NBA 2K16 you will be not able to earn VC."

Re: Where is my VC
@shanethemain11 Just concerning about earning VC on the My Team mobile, if you earn VC thru daily picks and quick games at least your earnings will accumulate and be shown on top of the screen.
This is happening to me as well. Total is always zero/nil/nada/0. Im on PS3 NBA 2k16 btw.Comment

Re: Where is my VC
You don't need good cards to get VC. You only need to play 10 games a day even if you lose them all, so spending money on something that doesn't have anything to do with VC doesn't give you the right to complain.
Not sure if Xbox has the same thing, but on PS there's an App you can get so you can see whos online on your PSN and send messages. When you have the App connected to your PSN and PS4 (not sure if you can connect directly to PS3) MyNBA2K16 uses the PS App to sign in. That may fix the issue. Make sure you've played the console game online as wellComment

Still has nothing to do with spending money. Have you played NBA on console while online and are you signing in to the app with your console ID?Comment

Dear CD,
If you can't fix the VC issues, then allow us to use RP instead of VC.
For those who are planning to buy the console version, be warned! Don't buy it yet.Comment

Re: Where is my VC
I am having this same issue with my 360? I have created many tickets on the app and 2k support side I just got a response saying a ticket has been sent over to the app people but it makes me not want to play the app as I am trying to gain VC so I do not have to buy it. The app is fun I just wish I did not have this problem. I have been downloading this app since it started as a companion app to NBA and NEVER had any problems.Comment
